Great Program For Company To Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The program has been set up to be customized to what our company needs. It helps keep project tasks organized and information sorted, making it easy to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is so customizeable and I am not the one who created it, if there were anything we would like to change in how the program runs in the future, we cannot make those changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create tasks, set who the task is assigned to, and put dates for when the task was started, its due date and the date it was actually completed.
Smartsheet user until I die
What do you like best about the product?
I love smartsheets. I switched companies almost two years ago, and the first thing I implemented was the use of smartsheets. Cross-sheet data is a dream, data review, notifications, it seriously is an amazing tool. I work for a construction company, so I generated workflows and databases that talk to each other to ensure accurate job information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things I wish I could reconfigure, instead of copying rows, I would like the function to copy certain cells. I also wish there was a format function on the forms so that you can require a job number to be in a certain format i.e. 00000-00 (with the dash in a specific spot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is always evolving and finding new ways to improve as a product. I especially appreciate the addition of document generation. When I send out agreements, I often require specific wording on each Work Order that depends on job details. The document generation feature saves me hours by automatically inserting the necessary information where it's needed.

What do you like best about the product?
ever since I started using Smartsheet, it has made my job a lot easier. Not only has it made my job, but my life a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I truly don't think there's anything I dislike about Smartsheet. It has all the features you need to make it the way you want to.

I don't think I've had any issues with Smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, provides real time insights and updates for tracking vaccine and injectable inventory across multiple different sites

I wish it integrated with our Athena EMR to streamline use

Tracking inventory and expiration dates across multiple physical sites in our organization

Ease of Use, Great for Project Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Smartsheet's ease of use and its compatibility with Excel, which makes transferring and managing data seamless. I find its features, such as the ability to use reports and share them, invaluable. The Gantt charts for project tracking and setting up forms for intake requests streamline our workflow efficiently. I also value how Smartsheet helps solve transparency issues by enabling information sharing across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wish that Smartsheet had included the Dynamics as part of the standard package. Incorporating the dynamic view as part of the standard package.

Smartsheet solves transparency issues, enabling us to share information across multiple stakeholders both internally and externally using reports and other tools.
Versatility and output
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet ability to create forms available for use by anybody, collect and report on data and be used across various sheets and workspaces make my job so much easier. It has saved me many hours in just organization alone.

Limits on the amount of connections between sheets.

Smartsheet- The Core Project Management Application
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the way Smartsheet combines flexibility with structure, real-time collaboration and adjusting timelines
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have auto save feature my progress gets lost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped me to scale the project management processes, unified reporting and reduce reliance on adhoc tools.
This is my first time using Smartsheets at this organization and so far the experience has been good
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface resembles Microsoft Office, which helps make it less intimidating for newcomers. This familiarity can boost users' confidence in navigating and using the software, even if they have no previous training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this software shares some similarities with Office applications, its toolbars do not offer the same functions. As a result, users who are accustomed to Microsoft Office often search for familiar formatting features, only to find that they are not available in this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects and collaborating on work in a hybrid environment, where team members are not always together in person, becomes much easier and more seamless with smartsheets. The software’s design and its ability to support real-time, simultaneous collaboration help streamline teamwork, making it more efficient even when everyone is working remotely.
Excellent business tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how easy smartsheets can be to use and how it is able to compliment the different business processes we have and are able to build using the tools it can provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be multiple tabs in a page like Excel to help sheets we are using Excel for other pages which we cant quite bring into smartsheets just yet.

It is making accountanbility easy and reporting seamless with adding data into different sheets into one place with dashboards and visual reminders
