Intuitive experience for users in tracking project timelines and deliveries.

The UI should be improved for proper segmentation of projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Software Test Analyst, I am able to track tasks assigned to me by the project management team.
Smartsheets has been great although sometimes limiting
What do you like best about the product?
Designing dashboards is very flexible and able to create the exact layout I want.
The formula language is very well documented, easy to read and understand. The documentation is also integrated directly within your sheets, making it easier and faster to write formulas.
Smartsheets also has an active and supportive community, with members eager to help you find solutions for your projects. If a feature doesn't exist, there is usually a work-around for just about anything you'd like to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the biggest issue with the formulas is VLOOKUP does not allow you to vlookup from the bottom up. This requires you to use clunky workarounds and extra formulas that slow Smartsheets down.
I would like to be able to update sheets every 1 minute, using the automation tools, but the fastest we can do is 1 hour, without using the API and hosting code on a server. Faster updates would allow us to track time sensitive tasks and alert operators immediately.
When working directly within sheets that have thousands of rows with formulas, it can cause the browser tab to freeze or longer save times.
Overall Smartsheets has been a pleasure to work with and only have a few small gripes.

This tool allows us to monitor KPIs and PIs across different departments, making it easier to visualize and interpret months of data. It helps us gain a clearer understanding of how our business is performing.
Easy to use and convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been such a helpful tool for me. It’s very user-friendly and makes organizing tasks and information simple. I especially like the drop-down menus, which make data entry fast and clean, and the option to receive a copy of your entries, which gives me peace of mind and helps with tracking. Overall, it’s convenient, reliable, and has made my work much easier to manage.

None so far. So far I have no complaints on using this software.

Smartsheet helps me stay organized by keeping all of my information in one place. Before, I had to track things across multiple spreadsheets and emails, which could get confusing and time-consuming. With Smartsheet, I can use drop-down menus to keep data consistent and easily searchable, and I like that I can receive a copy of my entries for my own records. It saves me time, reduces mistakes, and makes it easier to share updates with others. Overall, it helps me stay more efficient and confident that everything is tracked properly.

I like the automation and reminders Smartsheet provides.

Smartsheet saves a lot of time for me. The automation feature(s) send email reminders of tasks, attachments, etc., so I do not have to follow up daily.
Great Program For Company To Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The program has been set up to be customized to what our company needs. It helps keep project tasks organized and information sorted, making it easy to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it is so customizeable and I am not the one who created it, if there were anything we would like to change in how the program runs in the future, we cannot make those changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create tasks, set who the task is assigned to, and put dates for when the task was started, its due date and the date it was actually completed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love smartsheets. I switched companies almost two years ago, and the first thing I implemented was the use of smartsheets. Cross-sheet data is a dream, data review, notifications, it seriously is an amazing tool. I work for a construction company, so I generated workflows and databases that talk to each other to ensure accurate job information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things I wish I could reconfigure, instead of copying rows, I would like the function to copy certain cells. I also wish there was a format function on the forms so that you can require a job number to be in a certain format i.e. 00000-00 (with the dash in a specific spot).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is always evolving and finding new ways to improve as a product. I especially appreciate the addition of document generation. When I send out agreements, I often require specific wording on each Work Order that depends on job details. The document generation feature saves me hours by automatically inserting the necessary information where it's needed.

ever since I started using Smartsheet, it has made my job a lot easier. Not only has it made my job, but my life a bit easier.

I truly don't think there's anything I dislike about Smartsheet. It has all the features you need to make it the way you want to.

I don't think I've had any issues with Smartsheet.
