I think a potential area for improvement in Smartsheet could be the color scheme. A color update might enhance the visual appeal and make the platform even more engaging.

I find Smartsheet simplifies and streamlines tasks, making filling out forms and surveys easy. It's essential for my school activities, helping me efficiently complete daily and weekly reports.
Good for team collaboration, kanban style workflow for software development
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with my team members using Smartsheet. We've relied on it extensively for our software development projects, and I find it to be an excellent alternative to other platforms such as Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find most frustrating about smartsheet is the need to manually save any changes as you work. There have been times when I lost data I had entered simply because I forgot to click save before switching between different views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it easy to quickly create and update task boards, as well as share progress across the company. By integrating many features into a single, user-friendly platform, it significantly reduces the effort needed compared to using separate tools. In the past, I have used Jira and other Atlassian products, which I found to be quite cumbersome and time-consuming to learn and set up for effective work.
