What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, clear visible great tool to management data and analyse. We use it daily as a management tool to track our department activity and pipeline.

Haven't really come across any parts that have been challenging so nothing to add here.

Essential for Project Timelines and Ticketing
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use it to review project timelines that PMs put together. We also use it as a ticketing system and roadmaps. It's a great way to visualize the details for someone like me that tends to see big picture easier, but it also helps my teamembers see the big picture or strategy when they tend to see more of the details within a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like there to be more customization when it comes to creating roadmaps. This would help as I sometimes have to revert back to Lucid and execs want to stay in Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely helps our teams stay connected with so many different tasks to handle within large scale projects.

I find Smartsheet incredibly functional and appreciate how easy the transition was from old spreadsheet applications, making it the preferred tool for my projects. I particularly enjoy the clear and easy-to-use user interface, which simplifies navigating through various tasks. I also value Smartsheet's ability to interconnect different data sources effortlessly, which greatly enhances my workflow. The dashboard assistant stands out as it allows me to create visually appealing dashboards based on data from various grids within the same workspace. Additionally, the capability to embed content on the sheets is highly beneficial for my work. I appreciate the templates provided by Smartsheet for their ease of use and effectiveness in managing daily operations and team management tasks. The mobile app is another great feature, offering robust functionality and enabling me to oversee team progress conveniently on my mobile device. Lastly, I find the platform's functionality as a web tool particularly useful for maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to manipulate headers in Smartsheet, as it is not possible to copy and paste them from other chart sources, which hampers efficiency. Additionally, I would like the ability to upload Excel files directly into Smartsheet, which is currently not possible. This would streamline data integration and simplify transitions between tools. Moreover, I wish there was an AI presentation elaborator feature to assist in creating professional presentations seamlessly.

I find Smartsheet provides a visual way to manage project timelines and responsibilities, supports easy collaboration, and offers clear dashboards for tracking. Its templates and mobile app facilitate daily operations and team management.

just easy to learn and use makes the tasks and records easy to upload. being able to go back and just enter vital numbers to go back on really helps you if you do make a mistake you can edit .

have had trouble with loading sometimes but mainly down to internet where i work i think other than that i cant fault the smart sheet

just the abilty to be able to edit and upload files knowing just clicking save its there just in case you do have a power cut or internet lost you can just reload and its all there on the smartsheet

Automations, linking, and referencing the sheet makes it easier to gather the datas better.

Great for Sharing and Visualization, But Limited Real-Time Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily with several people, and it's convenient for sharing information with those outside our group. The platform also makes it easy to implement dashboards to visualize simple data.

Depending on your subscription, there can be certain limitations, and you also don't get to see others working on it in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform makes it simple to share and track tasks, and the Gantt chart visualization is very helpful. I rely on it to ensure that everyone on the team, both internal and external members, stays aligned so we can achieve our project goals.
