Excellent Value with Powerful Features

Smartsheets was working on a new "version" for viewing tasks and I liked it, but had heavy stability problems. Mainly the Board view (cards)

It is very intuitive, collaborative, easy to use and has a solution for everything! Very easy to implement, and start using, great integration possibilities

Nothing so far, everything works well for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving my time (Reports, Dashboards, templates, automations, workflows) in general, and also ensuring that documents I sue are unified and harmonised. I do not need to manually prepare vast number of documents, think about formulas or create templates from scratch

What do you like best about the product?
It’s simply more effective for managing multiple projects in one place, allowing you to automate workflows and generate reports directly from the same sheet. This makes it easy to quickly update data and produce reports efficiently. Additionally, it can be shared with the entire team, enabling several people to collaborate on a single project at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a particular Smartsheet, it's frustrating that we can't have multiple sheets within it. Every time we need a new sheet, we have to create an entirely new Smartsheet, which can be quite annoying at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me keep everything organized and on track. It’s great for managing projects, tracking progress, and making sure everyone’s aligned without endless emails or meetings. It saves a lot of time, reduces confusion, and makes collaboration smoother since everything’s updated in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I find smart sheet to be helpful with collating a large amount of information into one large space so it's easy to find.

I don't dislike anything about smart sheets I think it holds a specific purpose and does it well.

Organising everyone with which assets have been made and where they need to be sent to and keeping track of all this in one space.

Versatile, can hold a lot of information and is user friendly

nothing I can think of, I haven't encountered any issues. The overall look could be better, but i am unsure if that is own to who is designing the sheets we use.

It allows multiple departments to collaborate on the same projects meanign we can all see exactly what stages we are up to and actions that are required.

I find Smartsheet incredibly useful for team collaborations, as it allows for seamless organization of projects and improves visibility into team schedules. The product effectively serves as a robust database where information can be regularly updated by anyone on the team. Its ease of use stands out, especially when setting it up, as the introductory video made learning the features straightforward. Smartsheet has significantly streamlined our data collection processes, automating what used to be a laborious manual task. It is particularly beneficial in providing live updates on tasks like team holiday schedules, saving us considerable time. The flexibility in modifying data in real time is another major advantage, facilitated by powerful forms that streamline data gathering. I appreciate the calendar view feature for its utility in tracking project deadlines, and the ability to create dashboards provides a clear visualization of our data. Moreover, the AI features that automate formulas and the inclusion of effective formatting tools enhance its functionality, making it a comprehensive tool that I would definitely purchase again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes encounter limitations with Smartsheet, particularly involving alerts and sending a single email to different groups. This is a functionality I find lacking, and it restricts my ability to effectively communicate updates and information to multiple group segments through email, which is an essential feature for my workflow.

- The interface can feel a bit cluttered when too many columns or automations are added.
- Automation setup can be complex for beginnes.

Smartsheet helped our team to track the ERP implementation tasks in a structured manner. It also improve team accountability and ownership. It helps to improve the visibility for management and stakeholders.
In the spreadsheets responsibility of each party is clearly defined and clear timelines are mentioned so it reduces the followups and also help to improve the reporting accuracy for both Internal team and client users.
