What do you like best about the product?
Can do automation campaign, so we just set at the beginning and just monitor and evaluate the result
What do you dislike about the product?
If we want to exclude a segment when the campaign has already been published, we have to duplicate the campaign. We can't just edit the campaign so the result for the evaluation confusing

It gets hung a lot, a lot of time after creating the whole flow it gets hung and the whole flow vanishes.

Proactive Customer Success Manager support. Rather responsive software with many functionalities and ML assisted capabilities.

Sometimes breaking old functionality when adding new ones

MoEngage is an excellent entry-level customer engagement platform. It offers everything we need regarding features and functionality; customer support is solid. They are quick with problem-solving and have been available whenever we need fixes. The process of raising concern is easy.

The integration Process is quite cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
MoEngage is a complete package for my all customer life cycle needs where I can Plan, Execute and Analyze my campaigns all at once

What I don't like about MoEngage is sometimes its complicated to use and yes it is expensive than others

Nothing. So far , We are happy with the Moengage Product and services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Moengage More than 1 Year, and it's so helpful. We can engage our users with omni-channel marketing and we can send campaigns based on their behavior, based on user attributes and we can analyze them as well through Moengage Analytics.
Aside from the powerful platform, the service is very good as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The Analytics part is so good for getting a clear view. And the best customer support service from the mo Engages team. The team used to update us twice weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better to add some more customization in push notifications. Sometimes, the In-App banner is not working with our product. And the click rate has to improve a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MoEngage helps us to analyze the data of our users who have already installed our application. And we can share our campaigns according to their segmentation and behavior.

Connect between a technical person and customer success manager goes through mail chains, and the actual output to solve and do Root cause analysis sometimes has a delay. This could be improved
