What do you like best about the product?
Likes features for us would be campaign schedule, insights, user segmentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
optimization can be improved. Apart from this all working good for us.

MoEngage helped us most in Marketing Analytics and User Segmentation

I disliked some features which I felt could have been free but they were paid

I used it most during my internship to take out insights using its analytics and segmentation feature
Gets the basics right but can get messy when it goes complex

Pretty reliable for daily activities. Gets the job done as a CRM and can be considered a reliable channel for your marketing efforts and tracking those efforts.

Can sometimes get very confusing to navigate. And the tool tends to break at the most unexpected times.
Their UX can use a major improvement and ease-of-use needs to be a key priority.
Using this product sometimes can get pretty confusing as you're unable to navigate as easily.

A great CRM with moderately reliable marketing automations. Basic stuff like tracking user journey, their data, engaging with them at the right time is taken care of very well.

I have been using it for a while but I thing I personally don't like is sometimes SDK doesn't track the events well

MoEngage has helped solve the Segmentation issue and configuration of tailored campaigns for the userbase. It has enabled to track the entire user journey on the app through events as well as track the comms performance through numerous filters and cuts across features.

The limit on number of events that can be tracked depending on the plan is limiting in many aspects.

MoEngage helps us do A/B test on the communications we send to the users and also enables us to do various experiments, analyse the user behaviour and many more on the customer engagement front.
