Observe.AI is very helpful in evaluating because it has a complete feature.

It has a complete feature such as the form and the call.

Its transcription is not 100% accurate and does not match with the conversation.

I am evaluating calls and Observe.AI is helping me to do it effectively and efficiently.

I like how the platform enables the users to navigate through calls and leads efficiently and it helps users find information related to their work easily with the use of its call tags function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the thing that I dislike about Observe.AI is the way there are calls/leads with missing information. Based on experience, some calls have no transcription or have recordings that are disrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe.AI helps me with my evaluations. Being a Quality Analyst, it is crucial for us to be able to evaluate our calls accurately, with Observe.AI, I am able to be more productive and have more accurate evaluations.

Read the user manual before using the platform. It will help you greatly when navigating through it.

What do you like best about the product?
What do I like about the most in Obeserve.AI, for me Observe.AI helps me a lot when in comes to evaluating beacuse it is more easier and it has a lot of tools we can use. For example is that we can track our works or evaluations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What do I dislike about Observe.AI for me non beacause Observe.AI helps me more and my job would be easy with Observe.AI so for me I don't have any dislike about Obeserve.AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well for me, when it comes to using Observe.AI I can easily track my evaluations and I can easily change or edit it if h ave mistakes in my own evaluations and it benefits me a lot.

Use it corectly.
Very useful and it gets your work easier.

One of the important thing with observe.ai is that it comes with transcriptions that helps your work easier in terms of locating the important discussions of the plan the agent is offering to the beneficiary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful with observe.ai is that some of the transcripts are not accurate and some of the lines of the agent are missing. Also other contacts IDs that must be audited are not yet uploaded but other than that, it really helps a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe.ai helps me with locating the important discussions of the plan the agent is offering to the benefiary. It also helps me with assessing my audits and locating timestamps.

My advise to others in considering Observe.ai is make sure to explore Observe.ai's program because it makes your work easy and convenient. It is very helpful in finishing your evaluations and audits. Transcriptions are already given and you can easily locate timestamps.

The most helpful is I can easily edit if I mistakenly submitted the evaluation.

I don't have any dislikes using the Observe.AI, everything works properly.

What i like best about this tool is the accuracy and though some informations are lacking it is still a very nice and great tool to be used by agents in evaluating.

What do not like about this tool is that some of the informations that is in our formstack cannot be found here like there is some questions thats to be answered by N/A but N/A is found in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in so many ways like I can assure if my evalautions are accurantly done and the scoring and viewing of the evalutions are there also I can edit thing that I've evaluated incorrectly.

The most helpful about observe.ai is that helps businesses boost agents performance by checking their work and giving feedback that leads to a better customner service experience.

The least helpful about observe.ai is that it lacks a little bit of options like putting N/A instead of the real reason of the mark down. Also, sometimes the transcrip of the call is cut.

Usually the business problem that we are solving is about medicare advantage for senior citizen. We help businesses check if their agents are following the guidelines they give.

My advice to everyone who is using observe.ai is that we need to still explore every part of it.We still need to follow the proper way or guidelines that our or organization is giving. We need to properly check every calls and give the approriate score and reasons.

Observe ai was really helpful and convenient to use. It helps me to find out what are the things need to focus more. I was so grateful that i was able to use the observe ai.

There are times that the transcript of the observe ai doesnt match with the actual conversation of the agent and beneficiary. There are also times that calls are incomplete.

When there are times that transcript doesnt match with the actual conversation that is why you must really have to be keen and focus more on your evaluation and be active in listening.

The easy navigation and the convenience. I've been using different platforms throughout the years but Observe.ai for me is the best. It helps us users do our job efficiently. Easy logging in is also one of the best parts for me.

Almost all the suggested answers were wrong. Our task is to evaluate calls from our agent and some of the suggested evaluations from Observe.ai were incorrect so we must put some notes on why we choose otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Evaluating long calls from our agent and made realized Oberserve.ai makes our evaluation or work more efficient. I realized that we should not stress ourselves listening to long calls since Observe.ai will help us with the help of the transcriptions.

Just enjoy the app. App itself is perfect for work. Observe.ai makes your job a lot easier. App itself is hassle-free and you can log in easily since it is a user-friendly app. However, avoid following some suggested evaluations since some of them are incorrect.
