Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The aspect I like the most is the transcript feature so I can easily scan back through the call to look for key points
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is that sometimes the transcription is a bit off but most of the time it's close enough to get the gist

It is helping me with note takings and reviewing items I may have missed on calls

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving training issues, easier to come at a new company and watch gong videos of others. It's like being able to attend meetigs anytime of your day.

Gong is easy to use, and is mobile friendly which is helpful for the way I need to work

The mobile version doesn't do everything the app does which is sometimes frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us with sales coaching and meeting intelligence. It would be awesome if it could also be trained to look for certain things in calls and surface how well a rep accomplished those things in a slack channel.
A Game Changer with Client Calls
What do you like best about the product?
The call summaries, key points, and next steps/follow ups have truly changed the game when it comes to client calls. Even the beta features have been outstanding! It took very little time to learn, and I use it multiple times daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there is nothing right now that I have seen as a negative with gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With numerous calls daily, it is such a pain to write and transpose paper notes. This has changed my life.

i LOVE that I am able to give my full and undivided attention to my customers when we are meeting, because Gong! provides excellent notes for me to look back on.

It is hard to say, I don't there is one!

Gong is allowing me to continue to form good relationships with clients and take out the process of note taking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is able to capture things that you will prepare, agenda, etc. Captures who said what and who is going to do what.

I dont have any feedback since I am a new user and so far I am happy using the product.

I am able to go back to listen to calls I couldn't listen to in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to navigate call Library and the metrics included in each call. The AI generated call summary is also helpful. Compared to a few other Logos that offer similar products, I've found myself preferring Gong each time I've used a competitor's product.
The integrations to other systems is also a big plus!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to focus on the conversation at hand and not get bogged down taking notes. It's helpful to review other peoples' calls to learn
Impressive product that is constantly evolving
What do you like best about the product?
I love the emails it sends me after a call that highlights what actions have arisen from the call - so handy to make sure that I don't miss anything I need to do for a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take a little while after the call ends to be able to access the summary or transcript but that is the only thing I can think of and really it's not even that big a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong not only records our conversations with customers which is great to be able to get back and review a call easily, but it also provides a summary which is helpful for visibility around what is going on with a customer and outlines outstanding actions from the call, both within the Gong app and via email after the call has been completed.

No API with Clockwise, would like this to be a link I can add to clockwise like the API with calendly

Note taking, I am horrible about taking detailed notes as I often get carried away in the conversation
My Gong experience thus far
What do you like best about the product?
My experience with Gong has been great! It gives me real time information on how my calls are being rated in real time. This allows me to better prepare if there is any opportunities to do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I do not have any dislikes because it really helps me know how well I am assisting my families.
