Great tool for leadership visibility and saving reps time
What do you like best about the product?
I love how calls are recorded and notes provided so I can focus on my persentation and discovery. AI recap emails are super helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Engage is just getting started and very helpful but still have some work to do. Opportunity layout could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One simplified place to see all deals, activity and intelligence. Saving time.... Also using Engage for outbound efforts
Gong is implementing new features very fast, especially for different countries and languages
What do you like best about the product?
It is really impressive how fast Gong is implementing new features like the use of AI for analysing the Calls. After it was launched for the english speaking market, the feature was quickly available in Germany and is being used from the beginning in my team. Keep up the good and fast improvements. Looking forward to it!

Access to usefull Data of my Calls. Easy to use AI functions for deep dives and documentation of calls to get a quick overview.
Incredible product for customer facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture important next steps and details to reduce the need to take copious notes and allow better engagement and listening. I share recording with internal teams and customers and it's super easy to add to meeting invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification upfront sometimes disrupts the intro or conversation

Taking notes and clarifying details of technical conversations for easier interpreation to technical teams internally
Fantastic platform for Call Coaching and Reviewing Conversations with Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI features that summarize and highlight your call. It can help you write follow up emails, look quickly and the key points from the call, and there is even easy ways to share snippits of your call through slack! It is great. They have a feature that allows you to flag calls that contain certain words and will notify you. So you can review them or track who is discussing a specific product etc. Or even to see who uses customer examples etc. It really helps when wanting to search previous calls and learn what someone else did in a certain situation with a prospect. I can just type in the competitor I am up against or objection I am running into and Gong can put any call recording that has those words included.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the transcription of the calls was a little better. I find that there are several times when it is confused about who the speaker is or uses inccorect wording. But it isn't that big of a deal because you can easily tell what it actually is because the recording is very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us keep calls organized, and have quick summaries that highlight key points in each call. They allow us to search for calls with specific attributes. It offers so much help with call coaching. One can easily submit comments at specific times so it is clear the exact moment the comments is meant for.
Gong's new AI features have been a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been valuable not just for sales, but for many other business functions as well. Beyond having a archive of call recordings, our team uses it to leverage it's coaching features, and categorize calls to support enablement and onboarding.
The biggest value-add more recently has been their investment in developing AI functionality into their platform. From being able to access an overview of an account, ask for specific insights, to even generating a follow-up email, I have become much more efficient in my daily work. The communication regarding new features is also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything I dislike about Gong as an end-user. If the "analyzing" of a call could happen a bit faster, that would be great.

Transformed my way of managing deals
What do you like best about the product?
I already was a fan of the recording tool, then they extrapolated with AI assistance that helped me perform daily tasks faster.
Also, the notification are timely and relevant.
Now my company sign me up for the engage suite and a expect nothing less than an awesome tool.

The transcripts in PTBR could be more accurate.

Invaluable as a sales leader
What do you like best about the product?
As a Sales & Partnerships Director at a fast growing SaaS business with a heavy focus on SMB clientelle. It's imperative that I'm able to keep an ear to the ground. Our deals are created, evolve and sign so quick, that simply missing a weeks worth of work from being on vacation can cause you visibility issues.
Gong removes any visibility issues, creates an easy to use platform with smart AI that makes my life as a leader easier and more efficient. I have more time to focus on the projects I didn't have time for before GONG.

What do you dislike about the product?
Multi currency support, I wish we had better visibility into multi currency opportunities using GONG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see my teams deals in very granular detail, without the need to spoend hours in dashboards and listening to zoom recordings.

The ever-evolving interface and functionalities are making recaps, evaluation and accountability better, the AI filtering is great.

Could be better on picking up accents and a better variety on AI filters.

Helps me to have a quick glance on conversations my team is having and dive in specific coaching needs.

I can review my action items quickly. It generates notes for my meetings and clients love the recordings.

I have to include my recordings in my follow up emails and when the process takes a while it holds up my work.

Having my recordings to share and having my notes pre-populated.
Insanely insightful, useful and saves a whole lot of time.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI curated summaries are always so accurate, and mean I no longer need to skip through every call but instead can understand what was spoken about without watching. The ability to search on a call and say 'did the customer mention XYZ, how did they seem about XYZ is so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's genuinely hard to find anything that I dislike in Gong. It would be great if the AI features extended across multiple calls for one account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of time by being able to look back on calls, see what was spoken about, and what promises were made on my end. Also means I don't need to take notes during the call, because the AI feature creates my summary and follow-up list without me doing anything.
