One of the tools I can't live without

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it makes me win time: not only by summarizing what was said during the meeting, also creating clear action points and making sure It's easy for me to send a follow-up email. I like the fact that you can easily share it with colleagues and you don't have to type summaries over and over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike so far :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me to save time and be able to focus on what really matters to close upsells and win renewals.

Great tool, must-have for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Not having to focus on note taking, going back to calls that were weeks ago to refresh memory, auto summaries, and the clipping function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does miss a call here and there which skips the recording, not sure the reason why but could be due to the account setup and not the call software itself. Not sure

What do you like best about the product?
Gong keeps all your sales calls in one place, gives you excellent notes that are searchable in multiple languages and really helps you stay organized with your sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search tool for finding calls is tricky but there's really nothing I dislike

For me it keeps me organized by taking notes for me on my calls

What do you like best about the product?
Like how it has helped our sales and marketing department to collect feedback from customers so as to boost our sales.
Has made it easy to configure with CRM.
Customer service is amazing!
We can easily share recordings with it.
Also it has made it easy to share calls internally and externally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall i had positive experience with Gong..nothing that I dislike towards it!

Transcript's the calls well.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features is the meeting recording with transcriptions and now, meeting summaries and overviews. As a CSM, Gong also helps make sure I didn't miss any important action items to follow up on. The new AI features are a time saver as well, crafting a draft email I can send to my customers as a follow up. I've also used Gong to search my colleagues' calls for specific items or points of discussion. Finally, I love that it's so easy to create and share snippets of calls. This is so helpful to share with support when a customer brings up a technical troubleshooting question on a call or to share with people managers when a colleague is praised by a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tools are helpful, but overall I find I don't like the meeting summaries for email follow up as much as some other AI tools. I find I either have to heavily edit the emails Gong AI writes for me or it's often more effective to copy the meeting notes/overview and use another AI product to write the follow up email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the security of knowing Gong is recording my calls and generating a transcript with a summary and list of action items. I can spend less time taking my own notes and more time focused on engagement with my customer.

Great tool for busy teams

What do you like best about the product?
I use Gong every day for customer meetings. I really appreciate that I don't have to remember to click record and I can trust that the meetings are being automatically recorded. The new summary tools are helpful, especially after a busy day of back-to-back meetings. I only use the reporting a couple times a week, but I like that we can set up trackers and easily find calls that have specific keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about Gong. I'm excited to see what features they release next!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Gong to record conversations. Not only does this help us as individuals, but we can also review teammates' calls to find new techniques or talking points.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to take my calls to the next level as I can focus on the call and what my customers are sharing fully, instead of taking notes.

With the new AI fuctionality you can ask questions around objectives, strategy, timelines and get the answers you need in seconds!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is being a bit biase with my accent. I am not native speaker and in some calls the transcript gets automatically translated to Spanish which I haven't spoke a word of it on those customer calls. This means that I am not that keen on others seeing my calls or being shared. Please fix this as the tool is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing the organisation to learn from each others, be able to review calls and revisit calls that have a lot of strategic value.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use it is. It now has some nice AI features and funcionality which is really beneficial. It has a lot of integration otpions too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it lacks a little bit in staying 'on top of the game'. There are other competitors out there that offer more AI funcionality like tracking MEDDPIC and posting notes to a CRM. When they add this feature, it will be even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my call recordings and tying htem to my opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and the accuracy of the transcription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love if the synopses were a little better but a small issue given the value it adds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate notes, before Gong I was lucky to record 50% of what was discussed.

Game changer for the empathetic CSM

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can be more engaged with my customer conversations instead of worrying about typing notes while communicating. Once the meeting is completed I have action items captured and summaries to create the notes I need. I also like the "Generate follow-up email" which shaves additional time from myself which, lets face it, we never have enough of in the CS world.
What do you dislike about the product?
How long it takes to get a recording generated. I understand there is a lot going on under the hood to be able to put together the summaries and learnings, but it would be nice if we had a way to get to the recorded meeting and share with a customer while Gong is working in the background on the learnings if it is more important for us to get the recording then the rest of the solution at that specific time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing me to be more engaged in my customer calls. I do not have to worry to tell a customer to slow down or wait for me to catch up. I can be fully engaged and listening as well as show I am empathetic to the customer and their needs by not being head down in notes.
