Essential tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an essential tool for any company that serves customers via voice, it provides a summary of the call, cuts parts to fill a library, we can tag a collaborator for a later feed, search for a specific word, among many other things ..
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes there may be a second cut.....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to listen to conversations with employees, analyze the conversation

the AI generated follow ups are really helpful when busy and dealing with a lot of deal cycles

I wish the there was a more clear ability to search all types of calls and the engage platform was a bit more built out

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to review info from past calls and preivious interactions from other members of my org. I also enjoy the AI tool to summerize calls and help me quickly write notes and recap emails. I use it for 85-90% of all my exsisting active SF accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this time, search optimization could possibly improve but as a whole the tool is great and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me better understand past conversations and have more information at my dispoal going into and after calls. I'm a dilgent note taker but its never bad to have an extra transript for anything missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong several times a day - it saves me hours.

Call recording and insights: I'm neurodiverse, so being able to watch back calls, read transcripts and have a call summary is game-changing for me; it makes me incredibly efficient at my job - rather than spending time making handwritten notes, I can be fully attentive on calls and have a summary at the end.

Gong's spotlight feature and AI questing tool is amazing, I can ask what the client's sentiment is, and why they will or won't renew or my most used function ask it to write a follow-up email based on the key points discussed on the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features I/we do not know how to use and missed out on a huge amount of value due to our utilisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to give my full time and attention to being on and present within calls, I have a recording that I can then have a summary of, watch back and create a automated follow up from - t this reduced the amount of admin and notaking I need to make and makes me incredibly efficant at my role.

Gong Engage can be quite puzzling to use for the first time - but their academy shows you everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is great and easy to use. I love being able to not have to take notes and just listen to the client.

Some issues with integrations within other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is absolutely necessary to review sales conversations. I particularly like the new AI feature which helps me find the right snippets more easily. Additionally, the transcript is very helpful and accurate. The fact that Gong integrates with Hubspot is also a significant benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform currently focuses mainly on English conversations. However, I would appreciate even better language options, such as German calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a useful tool for improving my sales conversations. It allows me to review older conversations and double-check any difficulties that may have occurred during the call. It's also easy to share recordings internally for further analysis. Additionally, it's a great tool for my manager to review my calls and provide feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI experience is great. Makes such a difference and captures all the relevant sections of the meeting. The specch recogntion is one of the most accurate I have seen and its great for follow up reminders. Its easy to send copies of the meetigns internally and to customers. All round #1 product in this space in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually don't see any downsides. Occasionally the AI specch is incorrect but its very minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time makin gand actioning meeting notes. Recording of training for customers. Reveiwing meeting information and sharing with colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to write remarks when listeing and reading to calls for reps. It gives a nice structure for coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime not the correct language when listening and reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching with a structure.
Easy to find they key words in a call and to refer it when coaching.
Also the summary function is good.
