Useful and necessary tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong records all meetings and using keywords we can search for everything that was discussed during the meeting.
Furthermore, it is possible to extract snipts, send the link to the clients, give scores , and receive the summary. It helps a lot especially when we are in long meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despites all the good features, it is a very expensive tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before gong, we needed to remember and write down all the important parts of the meeting, share the drive link with the client (which sometimes they couldn't open) and it was very difficult to find the old meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Recordings are easy to navigate, love the ability to parse out conversations and ask the AI for summaries, next steps, what could be better and even what the sentiment of the call was.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn't a negative thing I can say

Able to parse out conversations for topics that are trending from our customers

What do you like best about the product?
* The team doesn’t have to individually sync their calendars and email, Gong does this for us
* Smart trackers vs teaching how to listen to us
* Prebuilt flows that associate or create contacts and lead based off who was on the call
* Automatically updating our Main Competitor fields if mentioned on the call
* Pre-built functionality - Gong is easy out of the box, and has pre-built reports that are actually valuable They also have features that are released without needing setup
* Great team - we meet weekly with our CSM rep, and she has helped us build out some of the functionality we have. She is always available and knowledgeable about the product
* GongAI has been really fantastic - we have the analytics and now AI to have summaries of calls that can be reviewed at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
*Gong automatically joins calls that it shouldn't and then we have to go in and delete them. For example, our general councel should not have external call recorded but if someone is on the call that has a recording license, Gong will join. We can't add our general councel folks to the exclude list though becuase then all team meetings wouln't get recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*Pushing data into our CRM has made reporting easy and helps us identify who is on which calls
*Pipeline forcasting is now done out of Gong since it's connected to G-Suite and Salesforce
*We use Gong for coaching 1:1s as well becuase it's easy to see which accounts are being communicated to and which prospects are being worked

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that i can simply focus on conversing with my customers without trying to take notes. Knowing that Gong would have a summary of my call and the call transcript, saves me time and so much brain power. Now with the added AI ask me asnything feature, I can dive into any aspect of my call and get clear answers for what im lokking for. Would highly recommend a 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I've been using Gong for sometime and haven't found anything i hate about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to take notes, and can simply focus on my customer and while acively listening which makes for a better professional conversation. And if i miss anything, i know Gong caught it!

Gong Makes My Meetings Easier

What do you like best about the product?
The note taker and recordings are fanstastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Harder to update names and info that doesn't get recorded properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freeing me up during calls so I don't have to take copius notes, as the note taker takes them for me. Great for follow ups and setting up future calls.

What do you like best about the product?
My team really likes the gong AI summary feature to develop meeting action items. It streamlines their workday.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a premium offering and it's priced as such. There are several alternatives out that are much cheaper. Quality is great, but may not be affordable for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording software for our customer success and sales teams

Very easy to implement

What do you like best about the product?
Gong implementation was straightforward and quick. Integrating with Hubspot, Google Workspace, and Zoom was pain-free. Training and after-sales support gave us everything we needed to get the most out of the system.
Our sales team uses it daily to find information lost in call transcriptions and training. Searching through calls has never been easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to say as of yet, we're happy out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greater insights into what happen in our deals and training new hires is much quicker now with easy access to calls.
