I like gong because it easy for me to identify my mistakes and correct them

Its a great tool where I can listen to my own call and also tag my managers so that it will be easy for them to listen to it

I dont fine a couples of calls to audit and also it takes time for the calls to get populated

Gong will record the calls and it helps im my coaching with the quality and will also help me to learn where i got wrong and i can improve my marketing pitches and can listen to all teh calls which i recorded with th client
It is really a great tool and really very useful.
What do you like best about the product?
There are many new updates on Gong now. We can go ahead and find the right and accurate data. We have find the call stats. We can find the metrics of the call. AI analysys the call very well.

There are no more things which can be improved.

Quality features. Expensive given the plethora of alternatives that have cropped up in recent years.
What do you like best about the product?
The recording transcripts and AI summaries are some of the best I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. It's expensive for what you get especially when you have to pay extra for all the new features they've added like forecasting and engage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing/analyzing sales and customer success calls to pull out insights arund wins/losses as well as onboard new employees.

The call recording with auto transcriptions is so helpful. The insights are super helpful to prepare for calls and better understand performance.

Great AI capabilities to summarize calls, analyse sentiment, and give you insights on a deal-by-deal basis

it does not have a friendly way to compare utilization and call volume on their own platform, you can export information to Salesforce and combine the analysis there but it does require a process that can not be automated as easily.

Visibility of the conversations our GTM team is having, summarizing and giving insights for every expansion conversation we are having

What do you like best about the product?
AI summarization feature supporting followup emails. Helps to structure and really helps to focus on the conversation instead of making notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to record externally hosted meetings. Would be good to listen in somehow to record external meetings as well.

It solves me to really listen to the customer instead of making notes. Better listing is better discoveries and better discoveries is more qualified pipeline. We all know what that means

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to coach myself based on feedback related to talk ratio and patience, also the ability to review transcripts and pull direct quotes for presentations. I also love the new follow-up email generator.

Sometimes it takes a bi of time for the call to upload, but not a huge issue.
