What do you like best about the product?
Since my last review of Gong, that have not released any ground breaking features, hence why we are transitioning to ZoomInfo's Chorus platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and even Salesforce are quickly catching up to what Gong offers while delivering far more functionality. That is why we decided to move off Gong.
With ZoomInfo, we can enrich account and contact data, send emails, make calls, record those calls, and receive sales signals for our strategic accounts, all in one platform. ZoomInfo’s Chorus does everything Gong does and more.
Gong is falling behind. If all you need is a tool for call recording and analysis, Gong can work. But if you are like most GTM teams that need a broader revenue platform beyond just call intelligence, solutions like ZoomInfo or Apollo are stronger choices.

We can easily manage and analyze data from multiple sources all in one area that is very easy to digest. We leverage Salesforce and our data flow bidirectionally so since many think Gong is easier to use, we can fill out the correct field all in Gong and it will populate in Salesforce.
All in all, we can make quick decisions based on the data we have configured in Gong.

Ease of implementation and ease of use. There are many features and best customer service. I will surely recommend the the frequency of Use and and all the number of features.

There is nothing to dislike in Gong. You will like every feature because it is user friendly

Gong helps by analyzing sales conversations to provide insights on what's working and what's not. This benefits you by improving sales strategies, enhancing team performance, and increasing revenue through data-driven decisions.

Gong is most helpful in auditing calls as per my role.
As I am the Quality Analyst in my organisation it gives me the insights so that we can look into the aspects that are causing customer dissatisfaction.
Gong is also used to pick the WOW calls.

While Gong is helpful in many ways it also have some drawbacks like :

As per my role Gong helps me in analyzing the sellers calls on how is their talk ratio and patience.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an incredibly useful tool and doesn't require any training to use well. It continues to improve over time in significant ways. It is a gamechanger for managing calls and working with customers - it saves me lots of time and doesn't cause me any frustration. It just works. I continue to lean more and more on the Gong notes rather than my own manual notes. This lets me focus completely on being present with a customer rather then thinking about what notes I need to be taking to aid recall later.

I can't think of anything. I like this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me provide fanatical support to customers by aiding conversation recall with AI-generated notes and action items. Saves me lots of time in call reviews by allowing fast navigation to particular topics of discussion.
