Onboarding and User Experience: While the platform is considered powerful and feature-rich, the sheer number of features can make the interface feel overwhelming for new users. The onboarding process is described as "heavier than it looks," requiring significant time and resources.

Sometimes its glitchy which makes the it slower.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong helps with call recording and auditing, providing agent-level information and accurate call outcomes. Gong AI is reliable, offering deeper insights into the calls, and it helps in transcription and analyzing every word clearly, providing a summary which is really helpful. The initial setup of Gong was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish calls could be available on Gong as soon as the seller closes the call.

I use Gong for call recording and auditing, providing agent-level information, accurate call outcomes, and controlling customer dissatisfaction. The AI analyzes every word, offering reliable transcriptions and summaries.

What do you like best about the product?
You do not have to remember to add Gong to calls. It automatically joins, records and provides a wonderful summary and recap emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to look for older calls.

Helps me capture the key points and key follow up items of my customer calls, and helps me provide a recap to them very quickly!

What do you like best about the product?
I can record all my meetings with customers and share them with my team, streamlining knowledge sharing. AI-powered recap is useful to share the main insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to switch in the Home dashboard among upcoming calls and the calls already had. They are currently visible in a drawer, but I would like to have them on the dashboard by default
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to record all my meetings with customers and share them with my team. It's good for sharing the call, rewatch to understand better interesting or not clear elements, save time by using AI-generated insights

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is crucial to getting up to speed and onboarding as quickly as possible. Probably would have taken an extra 2-3 months to upskill without it.
Post meeting notes are super helpful - save hours each week on admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides tbh - big fan of the kit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me upskill myself by watching other AEs call and deal cycles.

Helps me manage my deals through conversation analytics and AI.
