Best as of now better than avaya

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and not required any hasstle that we used to do on other platform like avaya best as of now.
What do you dislike about the product?
same day recording should be there and there should be provience to move the display like it used to be as now its on the bottom right corner, we should have the option to move it anywhere
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eary user interface with easy use.

The Transcript quality and auto scroll while the call is playing
the call summarisation on the left

the transcript quality could be improved
the triggers can be improved for phrase searches

generally helps us with warning triggers and possible dissatifaction cases using alarming phrases

Gong has gone next-level with purpose-built AI agents that streamline diverse revenue tasks—from pipeline tracking to forecasting, coaching, and even creating transcripts and account mappings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong excels at post-call insights but currently does not offer real-time, in-call guidance to prompt reps during live conversations.
