What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, with it's ability to create transcripts. With the transcript I am able to search for the specific things said on the call, and even on the organisation level. With this I am not only able to deliver the feedback, also I am able to check what they are missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still doesn't always record the company name. Also I have found high latency in adding and editing filters when searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease in finding the calls taken, with transcript feature to find specific conversation. Also summary feature to understant what the gist was.

What do you like best about the product?
AI Smart Trackers: These new tools go beyond simple keyword recognition. They are now context-aware, meaning they can understand the intent behind a conversation. This leads to more precise tracking of specific concepts, like customer objections, competitor mentions, or pricing concerns, even if the exact words aren't used.

AI-Powered Summaries and Briefs: Users consistently highlight the time-saving benefits of AI-generated summaries. Gong now automatically creates structured recaps of calls with key points and next steps, which can be emailed or synced to your CRM. This feature allows reps to be more present in conversations and spend less time on manual note-taking.

CRM Integration Improvements: While integration has always been a core feature, new updates are focused on making the sync more robust and efficient. The goal is to eliminate manual data entry and ensure that customer information and deal health signals are automatically and accurately logged in the CRM

Gong Engage: This is a separate but integrated part of the platform that helps reps with their outbound efforts. It provides a centralized workspace for calls, emails, and meetings, and uses AI to recommend the next best action, helping reps focus on meaningful outreach and personalize their messages.


Customer Success and Marketing Insights: The platform now provides more value for customer-facing teams beyond sales. What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Real-Time Coaching: Gong excels at post-call analysis, but it does not provide real-time coaching or in-call guidance. Users who want live prompts or alerts during a conversation would need to use a separate tool.

Call listening Tool with subtitles and have proper feedback areas to cover

Dont have live feedback sessions. User generally dont acces for other agents calls for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me with my better my calls by listing to them and how i can improve, it gives me space and inventory to share my call and listen to other with easy and flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes lots of time to get loaded, or while searching a call, it doesnot show easy with search or date templates, you need to keep scrolling to look for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me identify my calls, and the qulaity of the calls and how i can improve it.
