What do you like best about the product?
Best tool to act almost like a CRM - great for deal reviews, looking at forecasts, and obviously the best for call reviews and auto generated notes
What do you dislike about the product?
more people should know about the overall functionality because we use too many tools and Gong can do a lot

The Best Tool for Workflow Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the new AI Feature. I can quickly ask questions regarding a specific call or the whole account. Helps the transition from Sales->Success. Also improves workflow efficiency because you can quickly ask the tool what you need to follow up with. I use Gong daily on all of my calls. Easily integrates with our workflow and automatically attaches to all calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I wanted the AI Feature to be on the account level and this year Gong came out with it. Very impressed! Eventually, I would like it to be able to do automatic call follow-up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps record all calls and creates quick follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
A game changer for sales and customer success enables a culture of learning and development, improves ramp time, and puts everyone on the same level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is an excellent product and an excellent company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling sales reps to use MEDDIC and other sales frameworks in their calls, upskilling themselves and others and providing an instant resource for new starters.

What do you like best about the product?
It's like my meeting notes agenda, but much better because of the AI feature that allows you to search through a call to see what happened. You can also view this on the summary page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some inconsistency in language. Sometimes, when I have a call in Portuguese, the notes are generated in Spanish and vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have easy access to all the calls I've had with each client. I've become much more effective in completing next steps and following up with clients. This increases my performance at work and accelerates the execution of processes.

The AI-driven analytics help identify key trends, winning behaviors, and areas for improvement, making it easier to coach teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the transcription is not 100% accurate, which can lead to misunderstandings when analyzing conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been key to improving the quality of our team's conversations and to better understanding what strategies lead to successful outcomes. It has allowed us to identify patterns in winning conversations, which we now replicate across our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated call recording, call volume reports (automated via email), integration with Gainsight, and AI summarization features are fantastic. Being able to audit customer interactions with my team, and then providing coaching notes right from the tool is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong seems really focused on Sales and I'd love to see more Customer Success/feature adoption capabilities become available in the tool so it becomes a more comprehensive tool for all customer-facing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into customer interactions with my team, especially in a remote environment

What do you like best about the product?
Full suite for conversation intelligence, forecast accuracy, email outreach. Trackers are far superior than other competitors in the market and reps, managers and enablement alike love it for the seamless workflows and unparalleled insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to set up trackers. AI training is a bit laborious to get it to do what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Series B startup we rely on the intelligence and insights from Gong to understand and scale what's working, and to better understand real risk and opportunity.

doing the simplist of what it needs to - recording calls, adding call recorders to zoom

the transcript is hard to navigate through
