Gong: The Best Sales Review and Collaboration Tool I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search keywords and phrases within calls saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes on calls can be challenging; especially, with multiple people on the call. This organizes the call, let's me truly concentrate during calls, and then take specific, organized notes after.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly see the talk time splits, which parts of the recorded call cover certain topics, and easily gather input from my manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes - I don't view this as a must have but it's a really nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're a team focused on call coaching then Gong is a really helpful tool. In the right organization it can be valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confirm it's integration with your conference call / presentation system. If it's matched up then it's very simple and user friendly. A major plus when rolling out new tech to sales folks.

What do you like best about the product?
Discreet recording, high quality transcripts and call analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I've noticed so far, its been doing its job consistently, and haven't caused any issues. the call analysis and transcripts is great, just be sure to go over it with your own ears as well, specially if a person on the call had trouble speaking.

We can go about our business confident Gong is running, recording and analyzing for later benefits

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to "tag" calls midcall for coaching opportunities or requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Call logging in Salesforce and integration of metrics w/ Salesforce opportunities and other objects.

Visibility into sales calls, collaborative coaching environment.
Very efficient for our sales process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way a call recorded is automatically transcribed from what we say on calls. I think it's very helpful to know when we talk about pricing or what the lead said, it's nice to be able to go back to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike so far, we just implemented this into our process so I've been learning a little more each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been very helpful for coaching and learning from recorded calls. Before we just had a recording that was "old school" and we had to listen through the whole thing to be able to find what I was looking for.
Gong has been a great learning tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I just started out as an Account Executive and being able to hear others demos for training has been intstrumental. Also being able to record my demo and send it to the office for feedback has been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime it can be hard to remember to log in beforehand and record my call.

It is solving the problem of how to record demos and what is the best way to train new employees .
Incredible Product to Better Yourself
What do you like best about the product?
It's insane how much you're able to critique yourself with you listen to your own calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike. Incredibly easy to set up, fast, email alerts when your calls are ready to listen to. It's great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I've started using Gong I've gotten rid of using "Filler" words like, Um, Perfect, completely etc. The benefit is I've been able to go back and listen to a call and find something I missed the potential customer hinted towards but I didn't catch the first time. Allowing me to have FAR better follow up after my demo's

Do it! My follow up has gotten so much better since using Gong and that is the most important part doing Saas Sales. Anyone can do a good demo, but having the right follow up is the key and Gong allows you to do just that, better follow up.
Gong - more engaged conversations!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has allowed me to better understand what my customer truly needs as I can now devote all my time to listening to a prospect , rather than devoting some of my time to scribbling notes for later use. Now that I can always review calls, I feel much more engaged and more confident in linking their needs with our product's capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that gong also records every voicemail as it makes searching through past calls more cumbersome. I'm guessing that I can fix this through settings though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has lead to more engaging conversations, better demos, and a better awareness of poor habits on the phone.

Yes, I would highly recommend this service.

Seeing the percentages of who talks in a call is really awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was a way to have Gong attached to a calendar, but then automatically not hop on certain calls because of who is scheduled to be on the call, that would be great!

Really have only seen is as a helpful tool for our entire company.

UI is simple, and the fact that it helps you improve. Very valuable to be able to go back to calls and have a better understanding of prospects' thoughts

the transcript while cool in theory, isn't very accurate from what I've seen so far

help you do better demos with more structure, and also figure out more applicable ways to build value

One of the first suggestions I had when i joined this new company is to implement gong. I couldn't recommend it highly enough for anyone who is thinking about ways to improve their sales process
