What do you like best about the product?
The call logs update in real time and they provide clear visibility into my conversation history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to like it when I could see how many attendees were involved with the call and the duration of call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A record of the call allows me to take more meticulous notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super efficient and has a friendly UI. It's helpful for on-boarding new sales reps and cuts and makes it easy to review a call and fast forward/rewind to the most relevant parts of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts used to be a little unreliable at first, but that has been since fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on having Account development reps sitting in on calls to take notes. The Account Execs can just record the calls and quickly refer to the key words/ relevant topics they talked about during the call without having to focus on taking notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the best way to critically analyze your sales calls, glean insight from your teammates, and deliver thoughtful and impactful feedback when it matters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a mobile app for Gong to review calls on the go. The plus side is that you can easily download calls to Google Drive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helped me get up to speed faster, close more deals and take advantage of leading reps calls to emulate best practices and ramp faster.

Best investment in a sales tracking and recording software. Period.

Resolution of video isn't too good- When I am checking videos sometimes I am not able to identify content

It is definitely a useful tool when you need to record calls an d analyze content

I love the ability to listen to both my calls and other team members' calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a mobile app. Sometimes it's hard to find the calls I'm looking for by pinching and squeezing the actual site on my phone.

I attribute my ability to ramp quickly to having listened to countless team members' calls - so effective ramping for a new employee is the problem Gong has solved for me.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to request reviews on your calls by a manager. This really helps when you want to work on calls that didn't go so well and the function is really easy to use and see comments made on the call by your manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is sometimes delayed in informing you that a call got recorded. Also sometimes there is too many incessant email notifications that a call was recorded.

The ability to improve on how I qualify customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can easily zoom in on a targeted area of my recording, since Gong shows when your prospect is talking vs. you. You also can take away insights from the call like, I need to work on talking less than my prospect or at the end I made a good use of my time talking about the buying process.

I honestly dont have much bad to say about this product

Difficult to find certain things within the platform.

Highlighting the topics that are being discussed is really helpful to go back and find a specific part of the conversation you need to go back over.

The conference line is always a headache to get people to go to.

Getting feedback on sales calls has been very helpful. Especially being able to tag an area so it makes it easier for making improvements

There seems to be a lot of features, it would be a good idea to get a full training instead of jumping right in. Especially when figuring out how to connect the audio with the video.
