Excellent RevOps platform
What do you like best about the product?
Call recordings, call stats, auto generated follow-up emails. Seamless way to quickly update yoruself on an old conversation with a prospect, remember the points of rapport and pain.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY thing I would like to see from Gong is to include discussion of pricing in the auto-generate follow-up emails.
Perhaps a feature where Gong wil select the best calls (based on its internal metrics) from the team in any given week and highlight them to manager.

Reducing admin time so I can focus on lead sourcing and pipeline touchpoints.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Customer Success Manager, Gong has been an invaluable asset. It's dramatically reduced the time I spend on meeting minutes and reviewing past conversations, allowing me to focus on providing timely, relevant responses to my clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Gong is a powerful tool, there's always room for improvement. I'd love to see enhancements to the uploaded call recognition feature, so that speaker names are accurately identified even after analytics are complete. Additionally, a more intuitive way to search and organize uploaded recordings, such as a folder or banner system, would be a valuable addition.

What do you like best about the product?
Looking back in hindsight - I've enjoyed the quality AI insights and real-time coaching that Gong provides. Taking the stress of trying to keep up with these off the table allows me time to correct where I need to, but also provide a higher quality experience to my prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is really nothing major I can think of at this time that puts Gong in a bad light - I will say sometimes Gong can feel like it may have too much. I found the video resources helpful. I would encourage more videos demonstrating the use of AI features in a more real-time feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing me to focus more time on tweaking my call flow, vs worrying about the admin aspect of things (i.g., notes, etc.)

Recalling knowledge from former calls is a breeze with the AI tool.

Wish there was an extension I could use within Salesforce.

Recalling information from many different clients; easy to keep track of everything!
Gong for Training
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a time saver. We can quickly bookmark calls into folders, then share for training purposes. The trimming feature is super helpful when needing to share portions of a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript can be a little unclear- be sure to speak clearly when stating any objections or callouts for efficient follow-up. The system's follow-up tasks are wildly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality call monitoring and training. Leveling up the team and sharing across department updates.
Great tool for a sales team, and can even be used for other divisions

I love the easy ability to record meetings, share them with the whole team automatically, and share clips/calls easily and precisely.

I haven't found a way to easily add Gong to calls that are already happening, which could be needed when quickly switching to another call if the first one doesn't work.

The time when uploading and analysing recordings into Gong takes a long time.

As a CSM, I always need to refer back to calls and find snippets of converstion. with Gong this is incredibly straightfoward.I love the AI feature which summarises talking points for you.

Easy to understand and use a lot of features with not a big learning lift. This is the tool is use the most to update on the current state of my accounts.

No downsides, but always looking for updates and new features. As this could be a tool that allows us to cancel other tools we use

It allows me to understand quickly the whole of an account. It also provides me quick notes and suggestions, to do my job more efficiently.
