What do you like best about the product?
-Using Gong to revisit calls for next steps & action planning
-Analyzing interaction with clients & talk time
-Great thought leadership from sales call data created by their team for their blog
-Mobile app is great for listening to calls when I'm way from my desk

Great tool for CSMs

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for ramping up new CSMs on my team as they can easily learn the role by listening to other CSMs calls. It let's me analyze my team call stats so I can coach them on how to be a more effective communicator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have any dislikes. Would be good if the recording would be higher quality as sometimes it's hard to read off the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I can watch back recordings on demand and quickly skip to topics I care about quickly which saves me a lot of time from having to scrub through the whole recording. I'm also able to take notes, tag other colleagues and point them to certain parts of the recording to support learning and feedback processes!
What do you dislike about the product?
What's there to dislike about conversation intelligence?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to quickly see patterns of what successful sales executives are doing and sharing those with the wider team. E.g. We can quickly analyse the talk ratios between sales:prospect and topics which are discussed.

Great way to help develop your customer team.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has increased the volume and quality of our call review process. By providing the team with a tool that promotes more self and peer review, we've seen the volume of reviews increase by more than 10x. By helping us build a better library of best in class examples, we have also helped the team really get better by always having those examples they can listen to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit messy. We have more than one group using the tool and unfortunately we can't separate the instances for a clean view from one group to the next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close rate has increased by more than 4%. New reps are onboarding and getting up to target faster. Development has become fun and a priority which we believe will help with retention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The AI feature in Gong is really valuable. We're just starting to get the data and recommendations and they're incredible.

What do you like best about the product?
Syn'c with calendar so it starts recording your calls when they start without any additional set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had it fail a couple of times, contacted support and they only responded 1 of the two times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share calls with customers, vendors and being able to reference those calls over and over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive. Easy to listen and insert comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not been a complete power user so I am unable to give recommendations. Product has been great so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Coaching. Spending times listening to calls was painful and time consuming. Gong organizes all of your recordings and lets you insert comments for feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
- Listening to other sales team member's calls for tips and tricks
- The ability to listen to my own calls and critique
- Measured translated speech tool
- The ability to automatically sign on to Webex

- The button to add a call to your calendar is too hard to find and not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Increasing sales ability and numbers
- Reviewing problem calls and laying out a plan for remediation
- Reviewing past calls for missed details

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can learn from my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation from voice to text could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training. I learn from my best colleagues and it's made me a better salesperson. Plus, someone reached out about an issue with a deal, citing something on our call. I listened to the call and realized they were wrong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. If you want salespeople to learn from each other and if you want to be able to coach based on calls that you're not there for, get it.

Some additional reports would be useful, but all and all very good!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that reps are able to request feedback on calls and I'm immediately notified. I like that I'm able to time stamp feedback and speed up calls when listening to them. Also the mobile app is awesome for listening to calls on the go because download them offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an overall score card feature to aggregate feedback. It's hard to measure overall improvement with reps calls. The reporting features aren't great.

We had no way to give call feedback to our reps. Gong was easy to roll out to the team
