Great Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can go back, and learn from the call to help set up better calls in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about gong, but being fairly new I wish I knew more about education opportunities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it better to set up future calls as Gong helps me go back and review any issues a previous call had.
Exceeds my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how my calls are analyzed and transcribed within minutes of completing the call. I can go back and tag my manager on certain parts of the call if I need him to review a client request. I can also make notes on the call so that if I ever need to refer back to it in the future, it's easy for me to find the key pieces of the convo rather than listening to the whole thing again or reading through the full transcription. Gong has also helped me recap my convo with the client since during the call I want to focus on engaging with the client rather than taking neat and organized notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to download only snippets from the call instead of download the full call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better note-taking and sending follow up emails to clients with action items that were discussed during the call
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a better system of taking good notes during calls so that you can properly follow up with clients afterward, this is exactly what you need.
Awesome product
What do you like best about the product?
I love gong because I am able to listen to my calls as I am winding down my day and tackle the stuff that I am doing wrong. It is also helpful because I can talk to my boss about what I am doing wrong and how I can improve every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like voice feedback to be impplemented, but that is me being nitpicky.

How to do calls better and how to run my discovery process at a rate that is turning into results.

Outside of the product the research they provide is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to complain about at all with Gong.io.

It makes listening to calls for coaching much easier plus the advanced analytics
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong automatically records calls and shows me an analytics dashboard of my call. I can zero in at any second of the call, I can see who was speaking and when, and I can increase the speed during playback. It also pulls out certain key words for me to zero in on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Sales Engineer and having access to the call and going over the details is invaluable.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an easy to use and flexible platform for recording and analyzing sales calls. The website, apps and notification experience is absolutely top notch. Has helped me hone in on effective phrasing and areas of improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
At default Gong sends an overwhelming amount of notifications. This is easily fixed in the settings.

Gong helps me get the most out my sales calls. It breaks down the length of the call, what is said and when. I've been able to improve my closes with Gong

What do you like best about the product?
We've been Gong customers since 2016 and it's been really cool to see how far the product has come. As a Rep, it's great to easily review my call, leave comments, and see my talk ratio. As a Sales Mgr, I love using the call folders and scorecard feature for training new reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the scorecard feature, It would be nice if there was more flexibility. Right now, you only have the option to create a scorecard and add it to all calls, instead of adding to a select few.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly assess how a call went has saved so much time. The ability to jump back and forth through the call transcript and better understand the conversation has only made our sales process that much more effective and efficient.
Insightful & Incredibly Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how it organizes a conversation based on the topic at hand (specific features, functions of a software, even "small talk")
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it auto-starts at the beginning of a sentence when you try to manually sift through a conversation

Gong lets our company listen back on sales calls and determine how we're performing from a sales/cs perspective, as well as what our customers are asking/talking to us about
No more missing key details from customer calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it easy to review calls to better serve my customers, clarify where I missed details, and improve my own skills. You can listen at 2x speed, so I review almost every call thanks to Gong. In call reviews with managers/coaches I'm able to quickly get to the parts of the calls that matter, identify (visually) the gaps where I'm dumping info on my customers, and improve immensely. I can also give/receive feedback, listen to top reps from my teams and learn from them, and tag product/coaches/marketing around parts of calls that matter to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching could be a little bit better, and the mobile app sometimes glitches, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to the real value for customers (rather than what my memory/instinct tells me) and I'm improving my sales methodology immensely so that I can deliver more value, less feature-selling.

Do it! It's so great and easy to use. Their team is top notch, from sales to customer marketing to support.
