Amazing, love the platform

What do you like best about the product?
As a BDR, it enables me to review every sales call at the company. For my professional development, this has been essential in learning from the good calls, and also the bad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app doesn't work perfect, other than that I have nothing I dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales development. As a startup with offices in London and SF, Gong allows us to be part of the entire commercial team through following and helping with deals that we might not otherwise have been able to if we hadn't had the recordings of calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must have for any sales team. Crucial for growing businesses to be kept abreast of how commercial is doing.

Great coaching tools!

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong's meeting transcripts. We capture recordings of every meeting via GoToMeeting and I love reviewing transcripts for clarity around discussion topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate my voice! LOL - I am not a fan of actually listening to recordings. I also wish the notification emails I receive after calls included embeddable links to recording pages. Could be user error/ignorance but I don't love having to open the call recording in order to capture a recording link to share broadly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our organization, we use Gong recordings to help with many important problems. We refer new hires to call recordings to orient them to our positioning. We analyze call records for coaching and we look at keywords to ensure compliance with important initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several call recording applications and nothing compares to Gong. Gone allows me to record my calls, review them, share with clients and above all... go back and analyze my calls to find mentions of a word or identify a points of clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library for personal versus company-wide calls is a bit hard to navigate, same for search. I'm finding myself search for calls but searching in calls etc. Really a solid tool though so it's a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales coaching. Analyze my talk tracks, analyze and dissect my call-to-listen ratio. Share calls with colleagues and leadership to provide and gain coaching opportunities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool, very user friendly and while it's robust, it's also not overly complicated.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used several different voice recording software solutions and gong has been the most user-friendly and accurate for me. I really like that I don't have to take notes during calls and can go back and read the transcripts. I also like that it give you analytics like talk time, pauses and filler words.
What do you dislike about the product?
Althought it's better than others, I think the transcription can sometimes be pretty inaccurate. I will go back and read the transcripts and it attributes the words to the wrong person or the words are just completely inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call coaching and understanding how I can communicate more effectively on calls.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nice product, just make sure you are utilizing the capabilities as much as possible

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use and easy to search previous calls by topic or user.
The ability to go back and listen to detailed recordings is just amazing.
The transcript is very close to being 100% correct most of the time.
I've learned so much from my other colleague's calls and implemented the talk tracks on my own pitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound of my voice. But that Gong can't help with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing peer knowledge, learning from my own mistakes and sharpening my pitches and talk tracks.
Also listening back to what the customer said or didn't say after the fact helps me pick up on hints and threats that I wouldn't otherwise during a high-pressure call.

It's a no brainer

I’m learning more about my strengths and weaknesses in sales conversations, learning more about our tools, and providing me the ability to pay more attention to the consumers needs by re-listening to those conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is very intuitive and really eliminates most manual work for us as a sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything off the top of my head. The transcription/key word pickup could always be improved but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us a ton with onboarding and coaching for new reps.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a sales game-changer. I cannot think of a better enablement tool for new reps to ramp up quickly...and for seasoned reps to stay sharp and continually improve.

Being able to listen to calls at 1.5x and 1.75x is incredibly valuable.

Managers and teammates dropping comments at specific points of the playhead is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
a bit more robust search would be nice. but seriously...I'm digging here just to think of something remotely critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've never had a faster ramp up time in any sales job. Gong is largely responsible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
buy it. I don't know what it costs, but I don't care. buy it.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily and quickly review my calls with clients means i don't have to focus heavily on note taking, I can get a clear view of my talk ratio, and I can look for opportunities to improve in my role. My organization also uses Gong's features for internal coaching and development as we share our calls within our team for peer critique and feedback.

I'm pretty happy with the features and integrations

Recalling what was discussed in a meeting, improving talk to listen ratios, quickly finding specific topics in a conversation, team training and critique.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong now suggests the proposed next steps from a call. I have so many per day, its great to look through my gong emails to know what I need to follow up on. I also love the call transcripts

nothing really to say here... the AI keeps getting better. Transcripts could improve in accuracy

this helps train our sales teams, remember what we spoke about, and be on point for next steps/ follow up calls
