Seriously a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
So many features to highlight! I think the most value has been in just having the full call with transcript accessible for review post-call. I love searching for keywords to quickly find what I need. Also, sending snippets from calls is incredibly helpful for peer review as well as escalating any issues to management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much- the time that the call needs to be analyzed is a little inconvenient sometimes, but never an imposition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You never miss a follow up item.

Gong has helped our Professional Services team become consistent with the way we support our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to locate key words throughout the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translation/transcription feature could stand to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of missing important details. It's tough to register what a customer is saying, write notes, and respond with value - Gong takes out the notes part, so I am just responsible for listening with my undivided attention and focusing on their concerns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool greatly improves training capabilities for calls as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is easy to use and has totally changed my workflow - it's saved me time and helped
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I'm getting great use out of the tool. I wish the transcripts were easier to follow, and I also wish there were a "compact' view I could toggle to for the call list instead of including the thumbnails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, it's been a critical tool to listen back to complicated customer needs, especially with an entire team serving them. We also use gong to snippet customer feedback or thoughts on the market and send to our product marketing team to inform our roadmap. The handoff from sales to account management is cleaner, clearer, and more productive thanks to gong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how having customer calls recorded can help your organization across departments - not just sales intelligence/data.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcribes the call and points out when you have made a promise, makes it easy to track action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. It has done everything I wanted it to.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong gives you the opportunity to level up your game when having conversations. It makes it easy to collaborate with others through the power of conversations. Some of my most used features are: request feedback, client facing sharing, and using points of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much for me to say here. If I were to be really nit picky there have been a few integration errors where I've missed some call recordings and I've really come to rely on Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency in delivering value and positioning to our clients, perfecting talk tracks, getting feedback on areas to improve or drive better value through conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
It works as it should! It records my calls and allows me to focus on the prospect. I am able to have an actual conversation instead of interrogating. As a result, my demos are better and I remember more. For any gaps, I can always go back to the call and with the easy to use UI, I can easily find the part of the call that I want to listen to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit to process after the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me listen better and write better recap emails. At the same time, with longer deals, I am able to keep everything cohesive from call to call and go back and find key moments to hammer home in between calls when sending follow ups. This has made communication throughout the entire sales cycle and helps me deliver value at every touch instead of just asking, "any other questions, or hear back from your team?"

Transformational tool for coaching

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager I can't be on every call, but Gong allows me to prioritize my time by listening to key components of any relevant calls to best coach my reps on specific competencies. It's the premier tool for new hires and to learn from the best reps on the floor without having to align with their schedule to live shadow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I look forward to them adding more features to track individual progress overtime and provide more reporting on best practices within the organization vs across tech sales in general.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for inability to be on multiple calls at once, inability to search transcripts to find specific nuggets and see high level statistics on a specific call. Able to coach better driving faster development impacting revenue my team can drive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcript feature. It allows me to pull up a sales call and search for specific terms and action items.

The only thing I don't like is the color scheme

No problems to date, but because our whole team uses Gong, if I get an account from a team member, I'm able to go over their previous calls and bring myself up to speed on the account,
