Easy to review calls

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a super useful tool in our day to day. Makes it easy to review a client call, create the next steps and help us to identify the amount of opportunities
What do you dislike about the product?
somethimes takes a little to "enter" in the meeting and the very beginning is lost. But this is a minor inconvinience and don't happen too often
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
identify opportunities, create the next steps and keep tracking of the client's behavior

What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it so easy to parse out and share clips of calls. Their AI is very strong and helps me get to the relevant moments of calls very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Sometimes filters can get a bit clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rewatching calls and coaching/getting relevant insights on client satisfaction.

Sales Pipeline Efficiency and Practical AI Notetaking

What do you like best about the product?
During each sales call, whether in person or virtually, I'm sure to have Gong active in the background to take notes so I'm able to focus on my client rather than scribbling notes. The Engage feature of Gong has been vital in creating a sales pipeline with daily "to do's" ensuring I'm consistently following up with prospects. Implementing Gong into my daily routine has been seamless as well with my activity integrating directly with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only advice would be the AI notetaker being slightly more accurate in the transcriptions created. Instead of forwarding these transcriptions to my client directly after the call I often have to check for grammar and spelling errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me improve my time management while prospecting new clients by having my daily activities outlined showing me exactly what action items I have for that day.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has gradually become one of my go-to tools for learning from customer calls. It’s user-friendly and provides an accurate reflection of each conversation. The summaries are especially helpful, as they provide insights that guide the next steps and highlight what's truly important in discussions with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Gong has difficulty understanding regional accents, which means the transcripts aren't always 100% accurate. This can make reviewing calls a bit more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) Captures customer calls so I can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes
2.) Recapping next steps to better inform next steps
3.) Helps to get new hires up to speed and learn from the wider team

Useful and intelligent

What do you like best about the product?
i really love using the 'rephrase' feature on the emails.

if i dont like the way my email is written, this feature rewrites it for me without changing the meaning of it. this is super useful. also gong tells me when a prospect had last opened my email, so very useful!

it also has this superb ability to analyse my calls and tell me what was the call all about. this saves soo much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
i really dont like when it asks me to refresh my page to see updates and there is no option to skip this. the purple bar remains on top of the page unless i refresh it. makes me reload all my work on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its making it possible for me to know which client is actually reading my emails regularly and who isnt. this tells me who to spend more time and efforts on. it also sends me daily reminders on which prospect i need to check on and who i havent replied to in a while. gong is helping me write better and more professional emails as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The best upside of using Gong software for Customer Success Managers (CSMs) is its ability to provide actionable insights from customer interactions, enabling proactive account management and improving customer satisfaction by identifying trends, potential risks, and opportunities for upsell or renewal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting all team members up to speed on using Gong effectively may require time and training, especially if they're unfamiliar with similar software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes. Allows TeamMembers to be completely present on a call, not looking away to take notes, knowing Gong is catching everyword.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong gives an overview of how the general sentiment of a call went. It is easy to use and if for any reason we need to take Gong out of a call, it is very easy to do. Integrating this into all our client calls has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be better is if the AI was better. What I mean by that is sometimes really positive calls can be marked as negative which doesn't really help when trying to search through various calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping and benefitting us so that we have the calls details and stats infront of us really quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great at many things! I especially love the SalesForce integration. It allows me to update accounts, contacts, and opportunities with customer communication and embed meetings in the Opportunity. I also appreciate being able to see my Opportunity pipeline in Gong so that I can quickly update the critical fields for pipeline health. The note-taking function is crucial for customer success in our Opportunity Win plans and for setting up our demos for success. Additionally, I really like the AI follow-up email generator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the AI follow-up email generator is useful, it's not always accurate. I'm constantly having to change what the email says, but it's a good starting point to get the task done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with being productive in note taking, conversation intelligence, follow up emails and sales coaching for better presentation and learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything - from the accuracy of the AI anaylsys, from the usability and convenience of the mobile app - is by far the best in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to see Gong auto-completing certain CRM fields based on what it picks up in calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't taken notes on a sales call since I started using Gong. This allows me to focus on the conversation and ask more thoughtful and impactful discovery questions.
