What do you like best about the product?
It is super helpful for training ! I like the transcription aspect of the recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcriptions aren't very accurate. They often mix up words and reading them never actually makes much sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training! Reviewing candidate calls with the team and identifying what we can do better.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and extremely useful. I like having the ability to listen to my colleagues' calls and compare and contrast them to my own metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, there are a ton of extra features in there that I feel are underutilized but that's just me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong made it super easy to ramp up in my new sales role by providing sales recordings from my colleagues. The information is invaluable, and the small things like "filler words" and "patience" KPIs helped me master my talk-track.

What do you like best about the product?
Not having to take notes during a call is key for listening better and not worrying about forgetting important information. Being recorded holds you more accountable. In an AM/Strategic role, being able to access all past calls is extremely helpful when getting assigned a new account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really only use Gong to listen to calls, and use the search function to skip to certain parts of the call to save time. Our CSM gave us a training on all the functionalities, I just haven't had the time or need to use them beyond how I am, so no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Critiquing my calls for improvement: listening better, digging deeper, actionable next steps, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides the basics of call recording and a written transcript, the analytics are fantastic. Looking for a certain term or phrase used in a call? Boom--easy search. Great for coaching, even for seasoned sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI and speech to text could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching new reps, existing reps, breaking down the call. Are the right phrases being used, are the wrong phrases being used?

What do you like best about the product?
-Ability to identify key words in calls, which can give you little highlight reel based on the topics discussed.
-Stat tracking on yourself and your colleagues allows you to evaluate yourself and ensure you're a more effective communicator. This is quite robust as you can see how you stack up with your colleagues, use the stats as a reference point for feedback sessions, and filter by time.
-Different teams like product managers can use Gong to easily track product feedback and see exactly what their customers are saying.
-Integration with CRMs give full transparency to not only call with a particular accounts, but emails as well. It holds everyone accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to say what I dislike. I think some stat reports may not entirely be accurate and it's tough to fully trust it. It might have to do with automatic transcription which may not make what exactly is said. I could imagine this will only improve.

I will say the branding and imagery need to be updated. The platform itself is visually appealing, but the logging in process makes it seem like it's a tool for high school students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the organization's perspective, it's boosted transparency and accountability across our entire customer-facing teams while expanding its use case to other teams. The whole feature-set empowers individuals to improve their own skills. The ability to make comments on recorded calls and share snippets with the broader company has made it invaluable as a collaboration tool across teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure everyone is using it otherwise you won't be able to hold everyone accountable.

Gong has been extremely helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I use gong to record my BDRs cold calls. With that, I am now able to use those recordings for 1:1 coaching calls. My BDRs have given consistent feedback that it has improved their calling abilities ten fold.
What do you dislike about the product?
One things I have had some feedback on is recording calls that don't have any conversations on them (i.e. voicemail calls).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to coach my team better by being able to listen to their calls. I can give them actionable items to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
I can listen to my calls, and search for and listen to calls of my co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike. I have used other call recording platforms, and Gong outshines them in every way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company, we know how often certain words, phrases, and topics come up. This is very valuable. We know how often we come up against competitors in all our meetings.

Tracker words, transcripts, stats, salesforce & sales loft integration

Transcripts are sometimes off & sometimes calls are hard to locate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering call intelligence on both BDR & AE. Easy to use for sales coaching & highlight "what good looks like" to show new hires
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the library function. Build out folders dedicated to each part of the sales cycle and populate it with calls from top performing reps. This way you have hand selected calls that can be used to portray "what good looks like" during onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows you to see the real numbers and statistics behind your calls. Whether you're speaking too much, being too impatient after a customer story, or simply not asking enough questions. This feedback helps me improve my craft as a sales rep
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Gong so far. Wish it could provide real written feedback but that's looking a bit ahead to the future.
