I think how you can review the different topics of segments to illustrate the structure of the call.

Great for onboarding & improving
What do you like best about the product?
It's such a powerful tool to ramp up yourself or help others onboard, highly recommend to any sales org. Also helps for ongoing development to improve your conversations with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to log in to the app which requires an internet connection to listen to the calls I've downloaded. So even though I download them, I can't actually listen to them on the subway unless I login while I'm above ground. Also more features/automation for sending calls to the library would be nice, based on keywords or titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding, training, conversational improvements, increased patience, competitions with other reps, deal review, note-taking, note review, general sales improvements
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's generally really great, but I heard it's expensive so may want to comparison shop
Provides astounding insight into the prospect and customer life cycle and employee performance
What do you like best about the product?
The insight that Gong provides on my employee's strengths and weaknesses as it relates to external facing communication is unparalleled. I am able to understand when my employees are using too many "filler" words, asking too few questions, or owning too much of the conversation. With the new Account feature that includes all external calls and emails, I am able to speak to a customer with all the knowledge I need at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to more functionality with the call libraries. Right now, it is difficult to add or move calls to a folder and segment libraries from the rest of my org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see all the information that I need from multiple systems in one place which makes my job easier.
Analyze your conversations and close more deals
What do you like best about the product?
I don't need to take notes during a demo anymore. I can go back and analyze each phone call to make sure my follow up email has all of the necessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing currently in the platform that's even remotely iffy

Getting a better understanding on how to ask my discovery questions. Having more self awareness when I'm running demos (ie. slow down, stop saying "um".

call review, Beat. Love the idea of going directly to a word or idea and drilling in.

sycronization sometimes takes 24 hours especially with SalesLoft

Call quality, zooiming in on specific items like whether an AE has offered a trial for example

What do you dislike about the product?
not much its pretty good. no real additional effort to use GONG since it auto connects with zoom. I think it focuses a little too much on sales intelligence, like if you say this many key words then it'll help you close deals. haven't look at data to support but i think its a little too "analytical"

helping get better strategy on deals as an AE, people can re listen to calls and help refine the right next step

What do you like best about the product?
Gong comes in as my right hand when calls are recorded and transcribed. The transcribed part is what I use the most because I like being able to visually see what the call was about, control find specific talking points, and have a reference for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when a call has ended, Gong is still recording so file has 30 minutes of silence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to type out notes during a call. I use to rely on rapidly typing notes and follow ups while on a call but now I can just refer to Gong for everything that was discussed,

If you are in customer success or sales, Gong is a must!

What do you like best about the product?
You can record the call and then send it to a prospect so they can listen to it. You can give them access to it for a certain amount of time and be notified when they watch the call again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. It's pretty straight forward!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication! Many times I forgot to jot certain things down during calls but Gong allows me to review the call afterwords.
Easy call recordings
What do you like best about the product?
Gong call recordings are easy to search and find key words because it transcribes the calls for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Gong recording alert "This call may be monitored..etc." interrupts the very beginning of my phone conversation with a client. Now I just wait a while for it to chime in before I begin talking. Sometime the Gong recorder doesn't record all my calls and I'm not sure why that is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to learn from the Gong analytics that I need to pause more often and talk less. It's also helped me better understand that I need to ask more questions and make it conversational if my talk time is too high.
Much more than a Call Recorder
What do you like best about the product?
The constant evolution of the product, and the company being a thought leader in the sales space. They don't just sell you a product, they go out of their way to offer new ideas of how to better leverage it and how to use the data. Everything is tracked, even more than you think. It does take a little proactive thought to figure out how to leverage it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. A few minor tweaks here and there around more data coming in from Salesforce so you can do more in Gong without having to reference back to Salesforce. But that's just me wanting more, and it'll probably happen in the future given their innovative pace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing every aspect of a call. Being alerted when certain actions, words or conversations happen. Using custom built scorecards to consistently score calls and provide feedback from the team. Using the reports to track trends and see what's actually working and not working.
