What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great about recording and transcribing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it announces "this call may be recorded" in the middle of introductions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is great for helping our team share calls with prospects and for helping us with training. We are able to go back and review calls so that we know what to work on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong is great! It is a great way for sales teams to keep track of calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to go back and read the transcripts! It's so informative to know what I may have missed or where a customer might have misunderstood a minor detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong Upload time can be very slow on some days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm understanding where I need to better articulate certain words and slow down! I'm also understanding key words I can use to help better engage with my Prospects.

Refining my sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the percentage of talking you and your prospect are doing. The next most impressive feature would be how Gong highlights key points in a conversation such as when next steps are being discussed even having a "small talk" category. It even breaks down and categorizes the video if you are doing a screen share meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to using gong is that most sales engagement platforms come with a recorder so if you are not using the analytics gong provides you're wasting your money. Being able to see what percentage of the conversation is spoken by your sales rep and what percentage is said by the customer. As well as highlighting important parts of the conversation and defining when key words are said or when certain emotions are portrayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Refining my sales process. Meaning I get to re listen to all of my calls like an athlete watches game film. A great tool to help lower level or entry level sales people improve their skills as well as listen to calls from more senior team members to help them with their goals and provide a more clear path to career advancement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe Gong is the fastest and most convenient way to improve your sales teams productivity and really streamline your sales process. It is the best way to give constructive criticism to your sales team and back up that criticism with analytics that can help your reps dramatically improve their performance by giving them a tool that will make them succeed

Great tool to improve call strategy!

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a great UI, and it is easy to navigate. It's so helpful as a tool to listen back on calls, get coaching from my managers, as well as just have the convenience of being able to look back and search through my call history if there is a need to go back into it. I also like the interface and how it looks, it's very intuitive and easy on the eyes despite the multiple menus and features that take time to get accustomed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming searching through all the call histories, since there is so much data available. It can take a little bit of time to get used to the menus and navigation systems, but you will eventually get more used to it. It also takes a bit to get the calls uploaded and I find that there isn't a set window to expect the calls to be available, but otherwise, it's pretty spot-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me with call strategy in sales, and allows me to also go back and review my calls in order to become better at my job. It's extremely useful and I don't think I'd do as well without it! It's great for coaching, educating, going back in to take notes for future beneficial uses at work, etc. I've never had such a well-rounded tool in my multiple careers working with people through sales and consulting, and it's really a game-changer if you're in an industry to utilizes phone communication as the basis of your operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to use it to it's fullest, because there are a ton of benefits to the tool and only works as well as you put the time into learning to use it.

Great way to review calls

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can listen to specific parts of a call that I want improve on. For example if I want to find a better way to introduce myself to my customers, I can listen to my co-workers introductory calls to find what would work best for me. Then I can start implementing it into my own calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it takes up so much space in Salesforce to run effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listening back to my own calls can be eye opening. You think the way you talk sounds fine until you listen to your call. Then you realize how much you really need to work on your approach.

I love how you can skip right to the part in the call you need to hear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the constant emails. I usually put them in spam and review them.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is the ease of use. I love that you can go back and retrace your conversational steps. I work with a number of offices each month and it's great to go back to your transcripts and listen or read the conversation. I forget a lot of things and Gong make sure that I can go back and jog my memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it doesn't record everything properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving a lot of negotiating issues with Gong. It's nice to be able to go back and hear what was said. Having the ability to re-view or even use your recordings as lessons and teaching moments, is invaluable.

I think the sharing feature can be easier to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
Transcripts make it super easy to pull info for follow-ups or future conversations. I love everything about gong really. Its so easy to use and is probably the main contributor to my personal learning and advancement since i can listen to my calls, but also every single call throughout the company from sales to AM
What do you dislike about the product?
If a prospect doesn't want to be recorded it's difficult to remove them on the spot. I think there's a workaround but can't quite figure it out. Also, its difficult to add Gong to internal calls, which would be really nice for trainings and other reasons. Zoom can do this but theres not transcripts like gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training, deal reviews and assistance.

Gong has all of the tools I need to research and review calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The searches sometimes don't work. Keywords are not always found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call compliance has increased greatly with the gong features we use.
