Game changer for CS

What do you like best about the product?
Helps CSMs and larger org alike learn from client interactions, coach on best practices, and make intelligent business decisions powered by the customer. Overall my favorite tool in tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
troubleshooting configurations/integrations with other technologies can be a bit tricky depending on how your data infrastructure is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it as our onboarding pipeline tracking mechanism and it makes updating things very easy for the ICs on the team. From a managerial standpoint, provides excellent visibility into our communication with clients and needed next steps, as well as allows us to more accurately forecast where we will land MoM

The best thing ever - a hidden gem

What do you like best about the product?
I usually do not leave reviews but Gong really got me excited and I've been talking about it to my friends outside of work what a game changer this tool is.

I am completely obsessed with the tool, I really very much enjoy the ability to get the calls automatically recorded and have the breakdown of the call and more specifically the following:
1) Having a summary of the call - you can quickly look through what was discussed, a great time saver
2) Having ACTION POINTS!! of the call - saves so much time when you need to follow up
3) The Ability to navigate through the call by selecting minutes and people super easily and super quickly, get to the right information at lightning speed, and there is no need to rewatch the entire thing—I ADORE!!!
4) Generate Follow-up email - amazing feature - lets you create an email for yourself and saves your time when writing to clients
5) Transcript of the call - sometimes it might be difficult to understand people and sometimes the transcription feature understands them better so you can come back to the segment in the call and go to the transcript as well and try to see what the system 'caught' for you to get full what has been discussed. Particularly helpful for an international clientele.
6) 'Conversations' format where you can file your calls - you can build your folder structure and have everything nice and needed. The amazing part about it is that when adding calls to your folder structure you can also add descriptions for a video, make notes and later easily navigate and remind yourself of what you are looking for.

I cannot praise Gong enough. I use it in client success capability and it's a true game changer - I don't know how I lived without it! I believe anyone should use this tool, it saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Gong. I can only see that the toll will be improving.
I'd love to see
- faster process time on the calls
- ability to add calls to folders from an email and a home page - not needing to go to a call to select that option.
- improved summary of the follow-up emails

Gong you guys are doing an outstanding job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time in follow-up conversations as it provides good summaries and saves time by easy navigation to parts of the call if need to rewatch and understand better esp. when topics are rather technical or unclear. It delivers speed to action

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get real insights from calls, have the data easily available to help make data driven decisions, and how useful it can be for coaching our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside would be the price, though its justified, and some of the salesforce integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently helping us better understand objections, competitors we're up against most, what we need to do to win more deals, and adoption of new initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
AI generate follow up email and ability to look at and accounts historical interations
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing! Everything is great and really helps speed my days up from an administrative perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking info about an accounts engagements with us and helping generate follow up items to customer instead of having to create them from scratch on my own.

Making Calls & Follow up Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is the ability for AI to write a follow-up email that highlights everything that you discussed during the meeting. This makes it easy to follow up with your client and not miss anything that was discussed. I also love that I can use it daily and it is super easy to work with. Integrating it into my daily work has been simple and has continued to impact me positively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how hard it is to sometimes search all of my conversations when looking for keywords or topics to report out on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to stay on track with all the topics discussed during a phone call and keeping me engaged in the conversation at hand instead of trying to write down a bunch of notes. I am participate in conversations and be an active listener while the system records and documents for me.

Gong- Phenomenal for Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to sort all of my calls within a library. As someone who is new to my company, I loved being able to go through the library my mamanger created to watch the zoom calls my team members recorded. I feel more confident seeing how my colleauges run their calls and adapting them with my own style.
What do you dislike about the product?
LImitation on being able to upload my own videos ( this is an admin right set up by my own company). It would be nice to have a private user library for other calls I would like to save and keep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Not just a call recording software

What do you like best about the product?
Deal boards are super helpful for deal reviews and pipeline management at scale. Additionally, call recordings are super easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of too many examples on the call recording side. Engage has some kinks to work out to catch up to the more established players, but most of the missing features were on the roadmap when we took a look and should be built out by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's no longer any disagreement about what happened on a sales call (recording). It's faster for leadership to get caught up on a deal (conversation summaries, transcript, navigation) and spend deal reviews on brainstorming vs. progress updates. Ability to manage 20-30 active deals per rep on a given day (deal board).
