What do you like best about the product?
We completely automate the logging of our SE team usage and topic spans

API reporting can be more flexible. With enough work anything can be derived but a little more thought could go into common API needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In addition to pushing reporting into SFDC, we’ve been able to get game changing insight into how our SE team is used.
Gong helps so much to coach reps!
What do you like best about the product?
Having calls recorded to be able to go back to in order to listen to a rep is so valuable. Helps with coaching and feedback and even sharing the call with the prospect/customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about gong, sometimes it takes awhile to analyze a call and the mobile app could be better (issues with notifications)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching reps on discovery / demo. Having the ability to track calls and sales cycles through gong is great!

What do you like best about the product?
There's been plenty of times my notes either deleted or I wanted to go back and see what a prospect said and Gong helps immensely with that. Not only just the video, but the transcript as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Champagne problem, but the text analytics is hit or miss. The miss' are few and far between and usually it's close enough that I can use the timestamp to find the part in the video and listen back.

That it tells them they are being recorded- its spooks some people

Really enjoy the interactive transcripts and some of the review points the system provides. I've also found that the transcripts are usually fairly accurate, and I'm a big fan that it can decipher who is speaking.

The share functions expire after 5 days if unadjusted

It is a great note-taker and I also like listening to my peers' calls.

I wish I could see who is listening to my calls.

I like going back to see what prospects said and be able to listen to the prior call before my next call.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful and eliminates the need for me to take notes while on a call so I can focus on really listening to my client. I also love the takeaways during analysis that help me improve on future calls.

A lot of times Gong gets the words wrong. It also doesn't often map the people to the voices.

I'm able to get all of the details from a call instead of scrambling to take notes and missing things. I'm able to better follow up with my clients and give them everything they need.
