My best Sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is an excellent resource for our team. Being able to go back to listen to hear what was said but also the tone it was said in. The analytics and stats against my teammates. And sending snippets to my manager and other people to share what works and what doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong continues to get better and I do not have anything negative or constructive to say yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows the team to examine what is working for sales wins and trends for deals that go elsewhere or no decision. We can keep track with what gets discussed when and its huge!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to track my keywords i am using throughout my calls as well as seeing my talk time. Talk time helps me determine how interested my customers are and how many questions I am having answered to better understand my prospects needs. It has also been beneficial to be able to listen o my co-workers calls to learn more about how they are selling and handling prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now I don't have many complaints about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving how we sell to our prospects and getting a detailed look at data that can make or break our sales. It has been valuable insight to know what works and doesn't work in selling our tool. I personaly realized I was talking most of the time throuhgout my demos which we found as an organization was not helping with sales. After analyzing the data we realized we had a much higher conversion rate when our sales reps talked only 80% of the time instead of 80+. I think we would never have known about this without gong. It has also given my manager a quick and easy way to analyze our calls and give feedback in a way that is easy to comprehend and review. I think we will keeo using gong at our organization and keeo improving the way we sell our product throught analyzing gong data.

Get it now if you want to increase the data you have on your employees

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to analyze your call and easily skip to the best parts
I like the UI, it is easy to use.
Support is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the data doesn't feed in quick enough and you can't analyze the call until the next day.
Work on transcribing the calls quicker and the tool will be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
great for training and hearing yourself and improving how you speak on the phone
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool will help yourself and others in your organization get clarity and visibility into their teams performance on th phone. Without having to be in the room listening to them you can go on Gong and listen to their calls and skip to the best parts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that breaks down the topics of the call so I can fast forward without having to listen to the entire recording
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found too many things thus far that I don't like, but have only been using it for about 6 months
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call reviews are much easier - can go back and re-listen if I didn't understand or need to include others into the conversation to get up to speed

I love that you can easily scrub through a call to get what you need.

Sometimes I have found that some calls are not recorded.

Sometimes I need to go back and listen to a conversation to see what was said on both sides.

What do you like best about the product?
The search capability. It is easy to search keywords that I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really a way to fast forward except jumping ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning my job, listening to others in my role that are crushing goal every month has been huge in cutting down my ramp time.

What do you like best about the product?
being able to hear my calls is the most useful feature of gong.. allows me to verify my accuracy
What do you dislike about the product?
the transcripts from gong arent always the most accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not remembering my calls and what clients say has helped me out a ton. being able to go back and verify what people have been saying or have not said and keep me from getting happy ears. also helps me verify timeline and purchasing power of the people im on the phone with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong overall serves a simple but useful purpose. I strongly suggest getting it if you want to be able to hold users accountable to their calls and provide better coaching.

What do you like best about the product?
Simply having access to all my calls being recorded into Gong is one thing. But the analytics that are also provided in order to improve talk-tracks, habits and more are invaluable!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, nothing that I can consider to be monumental.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to review calls and go back to what the prospect might have said that helps me to speak more clearly to their problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that you can easily tag in your manager or others on your team to learn from each other and get coaching. Also great that calls are searchable so you can easily find mentions of subjects that you are researching or need to prepare for for an upcoming call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to add calls to the schedule for calls that don't get automatically added from my Outlook calendar. It would be awesome if I could forward a calendar appointment or email to a Gong address and have it automatically add it to the schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to review past calls to make sure notes are accurate and to prep for the next call, to make sure you can pick up where you left off. Easy to share ideas and talk tracks with others on the team, to hear those live rather than just talking through them offline.

Sifting through the calls is still somewhat tedious. But better than other platforms offering similar services.
