The easiest, most completed solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with SFDC, Salesloft, Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monitor to make sure all calls are export into SFDC.

All call recordings and transcripts are available for review, by reps and accounts

Gong has helped me become a better sales person. The metrics it tracks allow me to continue good habits and cut out bad ones. I am constantly looking at my own, and colleagues Gong calls to become a better sales person

I can easily find the calls I need to access, every call is automatically recorded and logged, and I can easily share those calls with customers.

Can't really think of dislikes to be honest

What do you like best about the product?
Mobile app to improve my ramp & transcripts make it easy to get better and follow up. I also like the analytics to help me understand what to focus on during the next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
the branding could make gong positioned as more professional in the market.

helped me ramp faster and not have to sit in on demos. Also helps me follow up with the prospects words to show my attention to detail and devotion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to stay organized and listen to the right calls is an understatement! Through filters, the user is able to distinguish which calls should be listened to, to best help the team achieve better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I am in favor of all features on Gong. Sometimes it does take a while for calls to get uploaded to Gong. Other than that, I have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved with Gong is the ability to scale out gray language and get better at objection handling.

I like all the features it has like skipping to the next speaker, the transcript it provides and how clear the calls come through. Gong is a really helpful tool when trying to improve your skills in the workplace.

Not much to dislike about it. It works flawlessly for me and my needs for work.

I became a seller and Gong helps me go over calls to learn more about the role I am currently in. I can improve my skills as a seller by listening to others on their calls and Gong is a great way to do that.

Being able to search for specific words on my calls in case i forgot specifics. this way i don't have to listen through the whole call to find exactly the part I'm looking for

lately the recorder hasn't been joining in on my calls until mid-way through.

Having the ability to have proper and exact follow-up

I like being able to track the discussion topics throughout the call. It allows you to only focus on the things that you want to.

I have found that sometimes gong will not record my calls, especially some of the important ones.

I'm able to clearly and effectively break down calls and note some things that I might've missed in real time.

Keywords are really helpful, I don't have to scour through the entire call to know where I said what

It e-mails me SO often, it is rather annoying at times

The ease of use and interface is fantastic. The features from tagging co-workers, to scoring your own calls, searching keywords and so much more really allows us to have the right tools to be efficient with practicing to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the calls do not upload to Gong right away if you need to listen and tag something right after the call happened is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am improving my performance with Gong every time I use it and listen to my calls to break them down. Having a place to note everything, to search for keywords and to score.
