The ability to listen back to calls, and use that to be able to take more detailed notes, without having to lose focus on the call

If we were able to hide the Gong attendee in the call participant list that would be great.

Team collaboration is made easy. Schedules don't need to be modified to get the full value out of calls.

Ease of use and the ability to jump to the most important points of a call without having to listen through the entire call.
Transcripts, even though they are not fully accurate, allows me to jump to interesting sections of the call immediately.

Transcripts are not quite accurate enough to trust fully. Dashboard has too many options that I do not use. might get there eventually, but it is a bit too much as an early user in our company. .

Having a relatively large and new team it is great for me to have insights on the team's calls and abilities to sell without having to be on every single call.
The ability to give feedback directly in the platform and have that team member review it quickly.

Why Gong is great for outward facing teams
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the transcripts for going back and reviewing calls as well as the feedback. In particular, it makes it easy to share a call or snippet of a call with a manager or colleague which saves man hours. The fact that you can skip ahead to certain talking points is also really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only minor inconvenience I've had is having to invite gong to calls that were scheduled by someone other than me. I like that when I am the one scheduling the zoom or hangout meeting,

I'm able to give visibility to management and I am able to learn from watching more experienced sales peoples' calls.

Gong's usability is fantastic, the level of detail provided is just enough to keep you focused on what data matters and the software is super intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were a bit more intuitive.

We are coaching our sales team members to better manage their tone, disfluencies, and ability to balance talk time.

gone are the days of me jumping from call to call to give my reps feedback. I finally have time to be a manager and still give actionable and valuable feedback. PLUS- it's all documented.

nothing. it's easy to use and the interface is intuitive

mainly solving the problem of not enough hours in the day to give feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to listen to calls to either gather the information I may have missed in my notes, share calls with clients when all team members can not be present and share calls with my team to gain insightful and constructive feedback. This can also be an excellent resource for being able to re-listen to a clients pain points and reiterate it back to them word for word ensuring you fully understand why they need this tool and how they will use it going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the transcripts were a bit more accurate however, I do understand that accents, volume and microphone quality play into this as well. As I share recorded calls with clients, it would also be very helpful to get insight into who has listened to the call, perhaps having clients enter the email addresses upon clicking on the sharable link. This would help reps track who is actually going back to listen to the call. Is it a manager or a director or whether it is your main POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how to be a better consultant to my client partners. I am learning how to be a better sales person by being able to listen to the calls of my piers and how they present our company, uncover client challenges and provide effective solutions. I am also able to leverage the "stats:" to gain insight into other ways I can improve my sales skills.
