Awesome and practical

What do you like best about the product?
Calls are converted to script, makes it easier to search by keywords instead of having to read the entire call.
What do you dislike about the product?
that I have to type the phone number including the parenthesis, otherwise it doesn't show you the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our clients deny agreeing to things, with these recordings we keep proof if things were said or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
explore all the features that gong includes, it's the greatest call tracker system I've used.

Gong provides didactic opportunity for all

What do you like best about the product?
If you don't know the meaning of the word didactic then this is a didactic moment. It is a teaching/learning opportunity, and this is exactly what Gong provides. The ability of a program to help you enhance your skills while conducting calls is fantastic. Gong allows me to view my statistics for talk time, pauses, etc. I also have a pretty accurate transcript I can use to search for keywords and leverage them as follow up.

Once you have recorded more than 3 calls you will start to see further analysis and get a greater sense for where you may still need improvement or how well you are following Gong's suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the entire interface. The UX is lacking since I feel it is not as intuitive as I'd like. There are too many clicks in certain areas, which I feel could be eliminated. I'm not sure I completely like the Zoom integration and it is confusing how to turn this feature on/off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing what a client says can be tricky, especially if you are trying to run a meeting and take notes. By leveraging the recording I can go back and make sure I listen again to areas I may not have heard.

I also love that I can share this with others, both internal and external to my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great tool to help you improve your speaking skills when interacting with folks on the phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding and calling out trends that are good to review and get ahead of making needed adjustments to our sales process
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to pull reports from the custom data and trackers that I pull. I have to take screenshots and manually input data into spreadsheets for reporting to my managers. If I could download the data It would be a huge time saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Directs Manager/Rep conversations for coaching, able to review trends and educate as needed

It's great for planning and coaching for next quarter and next fiscal year, and helping to focus on where improvements can be made

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is being able to listen back on my own calls. Yes, my manager can listen in too, but I find self-reflection super important in sales. In order to learn, I have to have fast, exact feedback. I like to look at where and what I did in a sales call that can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when Gong isn't on one of my calls. We've become so reliant on it - when we have an issue with calendar syncing it's tragic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us Always Be Improving (a company value).

What do you like best about the product?
Incredible user experience. Easy to use and ridiculously powerful technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main log in page looks super confusing with children and a dog with science flasks. Looks like it’s an elementary school program and discounts how impressive the system really is. Don’t be fooled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfecting my sales skills more and more everyday.

Speeds up my note taking by copy and pasting the transcribed call into my SalesForce notes.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Sales manager, I get insights into how the reps are going through the calls. It gives me insight into how they position competition, it shows data on the ratio of how much the rep speaks vs the prospect. These are a few of many insights I get into the rep-customer interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a hard one, it mostly works really well. I do think the product as a whole could look at giving live tips to reps during the call. This is more of a postmortem of the calls. If Gong gave alerts to reps that they are speaking too much or any other such input, this would be phenomenal, but I know this is not the focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is able to go back and capture anything they missed to take note of during the call. For me personally, it is the best way to coach my team on where they can improve.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Gong because it records my Zoom conference calls. I can go back and review my call to remember how the conversation went, or critique myself for better delivery on my next call.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I would appreciate a connection with Google Hangouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SDR, I am also able to review my AEs and CS teams calls to have an extensive understanding of our product at Mixmax at my own pace. I do not have to rely on shadowing calls in person or moving around my work schedule to do so. I feel confident I can advance with this type of access to conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great product for your team! Also when you are trying to advance in your role, Gong is great for learning the product. It helps for reviewing and shadowing at each persons own pace.

What do you like best about the product?
That it includes action items to break up the call. I like that I am able to share my calls with my manager so that she can help train me. Also my favorite is that I am able to listen to my peers calls so that I can grow on my own as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but wish there was a way to set reminders to listen to calls. However, it does seem invasive knowing that any of the sales individuals can access all my calls and listen to me. I think something that could be improved in order to help with company culture, is deleting that calls of individuals who no longer work at the company. This may be negative for new people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None! Having my manager listen to my call or being able to listen to other great reps' calls. It helped me when I was in training being able to take notes as well. Some things I am using for Gong is when I need to recapp my notes for a meeting that I set up, I can go back and listen to what I said because I generally am repeating what the customer is saying since we are unable to record the other side of the phone call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep it up! I love the tools that it allows me to grow and help others on the sales floor.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for reviewing the calls, remember exactly what was said and the right context. Good to check if you would buy what you are selling!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls in Gong are not sync with the correct time they happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong as a live document of what was said and agreed on a call, and also review customer feedback on Demos. Very useful to keep this kind of memory.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it does a transcript of the call. I go back to catch notes that I missed and it's super helpful to not have to listen to the whole thing if I don't want to. I also love that it categorizes certain sections of the call depending on the keywords we discussed. It helps me know how long I talk about different things and can see how I've structured the call flow to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I don't like about it. Sometimes the search functionality is strange when I'm looking for specific calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning how I manage call agendas, get better at asking good questions, identify patterns from clients I call, overall I get better as a rep. I send calls to other reps for examples and I send them to my managers to coach me. It's really helpful to have it recorded to go back and learn from and also catch details I missed. It's a great tool for me to be a better employee and have accountability.
