What do you like best about the product?
I like how gong offers transcripts of calls, average call time, and just being able to keep track of all the calls that I have throughout my day. Gong also offers very fast uploads so that I'm able to see right away. Gong also provides feedback on how to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my sales strategies and weakpoints in my calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The Talk ratio clarifies how long the Prospect and the Rep spoke for, Helps a lot in an outbound environment - You can use that feature to coach your team on bringing down the Rep talk ratio and getting the Prospect to talk more. This has helped me immensely in coaching my team - I have lots of material before i conduct feedback sessions with Reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's nothing to dislike. There's too much you can do with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need for a quality team - Get transcripts of conversations with just a click - Majorly helped us in coaching the reps since you've got an analysis of everything that happened on a certain call. Help me evaluate reps - Post comments on how they performed on a said call - I've been able to talk to my reps about lowering down their talk ratio and letting the Prospects speak more.
It has also helped in terms of keeping the Reps in check, The Reps have been making sure to do as much as they can to keep their score good on Gong, based on the quality guidelines set by the company, which has immensely helping us in hitting our monthly quotas.

Good App to help you focus on the call and not taking notes
What do you like best about the product?
This application really helps you focus on the call and not just taking notes. It is easy to go back and listen to the call at faster speeds if needed and transcribes the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the meeting invite system integrated with Zoom a bit easier. I have to send a unique link and not the simple Zoom integration link and tools I am used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to focus on customer calls easier as well as go back and relisten to calls at a faster speed to refresh my memory. Also I enjoy the transcribing and I like that I can share the call with others in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once the whole team uses it and is used to it, there is no going back. Calls are very easy to share with others and study for training.
This tool raises the bar to a whole new level!

I am not sure how sales teams operated before! With Gong we have total visibility into the sales process, the conversations that are happening, product feedback being given, the opportunities for training, and overall customer experience. I cannot imagine doing my job without it now!
What do you dislike about the product?
The secure settings making the sessions time out so frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had limited visibility into the conversations that Sellers were having prior to Gong. With it, we have been able to accelerate our understanding of accounts, and ultimately close more business. Additionally, our support, professional services, and implementation teams love it because they can now hear first hand from what was said in the sales motion.

A software that not only I love but so do my prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can share my calls with the prospects after. It allows people who aren't able to make the call feel involved in the process and in the loop before we meet again. Great tool for internal use as well, I have my managers listen to my calls and give feedback weekly. Lastly, it tells you your strengths and weaknesses which everyone needs to know in order to improve and reach their end goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there really isn't anything I don't like, they continue to add, grow, and listen to their customer base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newer rep I'm solving most problems with Gong. Knowing when I'm talking too much or too little, knowing what questions get the best responses, and most importantly what filler words I need to be aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to easily access our teams trackers. It helps guide our product roadmap, find key drivers towards conversions, and help coach our reps through any hiccups or objections they may encounter. Since we implemented Gong we have been better able to pinpoint the pain points of both our customers and prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it was a little hard to navigate when we first implemented. It takes a but of time to determine what trackers to add and which key words we want to identify. Having someone to help us better navigate the system and improve our instance is beneficial. This will likely be resolved as we finish both manager and user trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly coaching and product feature identification. Our sales and customer success teams are asked on a pretty regular basis "how often are you hearing {blank}?" Before Gong it was always a guess, but after Gong we are able to pinpoint more exact metrics around this question.
From a coaching standpoint we have been better able to identify where our reps need to improve on within a conversation and where they are doing really well. We are also using gong to identify which competitors we come against the most often. There are many similar, but not as robust solutions as ours on the market so it is important for us to identify those quickly so we can coach our reps on how best to navigate those tough discussions.
Since our BDR team is still fairly young, most of them have limited experience in navigating tough cold call and disco call conversations. Gong makes it easy for us to implement and enforce a cold call and disco call frame work. Most of our reps have had a lot of success going back to listen to their own calls to determine what they could have done differently.

Set up your trackers ASAP. Don't wait, this will help to analyze any calls you already have recorded within other tools (like zoom, outreach, salesloft, etc.) This will help show an immediate ROI within your organization.
