What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI summaries that are available after a call is transcribed, allowing me to easily create follow up emails that save me time and are actually accurate!

Gong has incredible features elsewhere too, including pipeline management, rep management/tracking, and insights about call data that help me understand best-in-class outcomes like talk ratio, longest monologue, patience, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, as it helps with my key focus around renewals/retention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me better manage client relationships to drive retention and growth efforts, especially saving me time with AI summaries after a meeting has concluded.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI-driven deal intelligence is a huge time-saver, enabling me to focus on high-priority deals without manually combing through notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sheer volume of data it captures can sometimes feel overwhelming. Filtering and focusing on the most relevant insights requires consistent effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits have been incredible. First, I can now coach myself in real-time. For instance, I’ve adjusted my pitch delivery based on Gong’s insights about talk-listen ratios and improved how I handle objections. It’s like having a personal sales coach available 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
User adoption - it's our reps favourite tool. They are logged into Gong 24/7

Processing times are ocassionally long.
Connection to the CRM is not consistent.

Capture as much information as possible.

Really love Gong's AI integration with video

What do you like best about the product?
I love that gong can easily integrate with our Zoom account to record our calls for business. What's better is the AI-integration the summarizes the video. Which means that I have 3 options- I can listen/watch the video, or review the transcript, or just read the AI summary. Either way I have move than enough ways to get notes from the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Gong. Everything is very useful for my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps that I don't have to take notes during the call. I can write down a few key points but leave the majority of the work to Gong. This in turn helps me stat focused on the prospect/customer so that I can listen to their needs and respond appropriately without worrying about writing everything they say word for word.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's product is second to none and withuot it, i couldn't do my job properly - it's my most visited tab on Chrome! The wide ranging suite of features and functionlities really help me coach the team and gain great visibility over our pipeline. I highly recommend it to any commercial leader, and see huge benefits for it right the way across our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we purchased our package, the support model has changed drastically, which is infuriating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of pipeline, visibility of prospect and customer challenges, sales team coaching, scalability

What do you like best about the product?
Search and transcript feature. If I don't have time to make notes right away and set follow up, I can go into Gong later. I am not in sales, I am sales support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not appear to capture, and use in the transcript dialog the name of the 3rd party the client and I are calling. This can make the transcript harder to follow accurately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating accurate notes and follow up when I need to go back to that call. Often I have a higher priority than making notes and follow up right after the call.

Amazing transcripts and summary's

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides the best transcripts / summaries compared to other call recording platforms I have prevoiusly used. I do not need to manually take call notes on a call anymore and can focus on the conversation. It has a very robust platform. It is easy to use and use without thinking about it, it integrates well to zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to search for prevous call recordings if the occured over a month ago
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking & call sharing across the company. Everyone can look at our client calls and see what sentiment the client was feeling on the call and a summary without having to speak with the agent who held the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to review my calls, learn from others calls, quickly create a follow up email and find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have yet to find anything I don't like about Gong. My access is limited due to my company subscription, so I wish I had access to more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to review my calls, so that I can become a better seller, it ensures I am not missing any imporant information from prospect conversations and it helps me prepare for future calls but providing quick recaps. The AI features make it easy to pick out informaiton.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that my client calls are seamlessly recorded to ensure I do not miss any part of the discussions. After the call is finished you have the ability to review the call, gain feedback on your effectiveness and there is also Next steps and an AI email generation option for follow up. It easily integrates into my zoom or google meeting applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to make sure you end one client call and complelty hang up so that you can separate the two within the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong captures my dialog so that I do not miss any details, it also helps with follow up and next steps, so that I do not miss any deliverables

What do you like best about the product?
As an Account Manager, I need to have a comprehensive understanding of why my new accounts chose to partner with us in the first place. With churn within my organization and team members moving into new roles, it’s not always feasible to rely solely on internal handovers. I need to gather additional information independently.

This is where Gong becomes instrumental. Through Gong, I can identify the use cases for my accounts, understand the key players involved, and anticipate the challenges they may face, enabling me to better prepare for meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot that I can think of currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me reflect back on my call and allow me to see areas of improvement. I can track key talking points, tone and listen back to key point that I may have missed in the call.
