Amazing Voice Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to learn by watching calls and love being able to search calls

It logs me out often and I keep having to log back in

What do you like best about the product?
Leaving comments on the call at the exact point of the conversation that they occurred is extremely helpful. It provides a great method of training, especially for remote teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the recommended stats seem to be based more on Account Executive's doing demos than maybe short phone calls. If there were different groupings for the type of sales calls your analyzing that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great training resource while working remote. Searching for key words helps you quickly and easily identify calls to analyze. The trackers are great. They take some time to get "right" but are helpful. Gong helps us realize where we are going off course and redirect to get back on. We are able to surface common themes within calls and build strategies around them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's unbiased and data-based. Having spent time in both individual contributor and management roles one difficulty can be giving or receiving feedback that one party thinks to be incorrect. Gong takes away perception bias and allows more ownership of development, success, and areas to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a good amount of discrepancy between who the software says is speaking and who's really speaking. That's the only reoccurring issue I've found. Otherwise, everything works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong uses mostly accurate data to find trends. I can quickly diagnose if I'm speaking too much, need to be more patient, or really most anything else. It's a great tool to hold yourself accountable and foster self-development.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool that I'd highly recommend. Especially if you're selling more sophisticated solutions and/or contracts of higher value. I'd say this tool is a NEED for teams selling into Mid-Market accounts and above at least but very helpful to all.
A required resource to improve accountability and expertise through the company
What do you like best about the product?
There are other parts I like best in Gong. The most helpful to me is the copy that is given directly after any call. It makes it incredibly convenient to run over any issues we have addressed and manage F that I need to update myself there. My third favourite function is the ai attribute "Behavior as a consequence of this call," which Gong includes in the review. This means that I will easily see what follow-ups I agreed, or some other behavior arising from the order, during any sales request. Finally, I love the opportunity to benchmarke. Having recommended practice failures on how much I should be thinking about topics relative to colleagues helps concentrate my attention on ability development that will enable me to deliver more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was complicated at first, and I suppose there are a number of stuff that I don't know how to do in it. I still don't like that when I keep the call but when it's downloading, there's a bit of a pause in. I realize it has to be made, but often we want the comments or facts right away and at least would like to view the audio section if not the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It holds me true to myself. It's normal that people want self-assessment. You won't have to rely on memories to make things possible. Looking at the text or reacting to the call you need to see everything you meant before. We do it for transparency, too. Knowing that somebody will step into a calling and support assess, holds you on the task. This has been successful for the squad.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is important that you learn what Gong is. It is vital that the workers recognize the complexities of Trumpets AI. Be ready to see some harsh facts for the plan, Gong will do a great job at breaking down discussion points and arranging evidence for departments and managers to be readily digestible. I will also propose a customers approach to realize that they are being registered. Anything else, you will put yourself in a position where a customer never realizes whether they are being monitored in the applications which would open up the company to litigation. A slight requirement to remember but a big one.

Invaluable tool for sales orgs
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share the customer voice across our organization. It humanizes the customer experience for those that aren't talking to them every day. Plus, it's amazing to have a perfect record of the conversation and never miss a follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our state we need to ask permission to record, which kicks off the call on an awkward foot once you allow Gong into the conversation. The delay of the voice recording interrupts every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, we relied on the rep to report any feature requests and to relay information from memory. We've been able to collaborate better by creating snippets and using tags to easily share verbatim feedback and information.

What do you like best about the product?
As an SDR for a Saas company, the talking times and topics definitely help me when it comes to call coaching. All of my CNA's/Discoveries, are uploaded through Gong, going back and listening to them and being able to discover topics of conversation and such help me tremendously in being able to receive coaching. Going back and listening to other colleagues calls has been great too. Listening to some of the senior level account executives calls has really been fantastic. Gong has been great to our employee's here and honestly I would not be able to find an employee who could say otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript provided after calls could be a bit better. I do not have really any true dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to effectively listen to my call based on topics. This has helped me develop better ways to sell. Being able to visually see talk time between me and a prospect has been a godsend. You never want to talk more than your prospect. I honestly have no idea what I would do with out this software. Management at my company has been awesome to us in providing this, and other sales enablement tools. Coming from a company that did not record cold calls, or discoveries, this has been an absolute game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into it. Not too sure about other providers, but gong.io has been awesome for me. I'm not too sure about other analytics companies.
Simple call recorder
What do you like best about the product?
After set-up, it's simple to use and integrate into all Zoom calls. I also like that it tells me when I talked vs. my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure how the metrics are calculated. I don't take it has a hard fact that I ask x questions each call, but use the data as a proxy.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's analytics tools provide powerful insights and have helped me to improve the quality of my calls to customers. I really enjoy being able to review my calls to discover information I may have missed. I also like using Gong as a tool to learn best practices from my colleagues. Finally I really appreciate how easy it is to collaborate with other team members who are involved in the same sale or cusotmer interaction. Gong makes getting caught up on the details of a missed call a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part I really enjoy everyting about Gong, I only wish I had known about the tool earlier. If I were to nitpick I would say that the timing of the autmated recording announcement isn't always spot on. I have run into a few instances where my meeting starts right on time but the announcement doesn't ply until we have been talking for 4-5 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Gong has really helped me improve my discovery call skills. I have learned to slow my pace to match my customers, as well as removing unecessary filler words that I used to use frequently.

I would recommend Gong very highly, it is a great enablement tool.
Mind blowing sales product with tons of helpful features
What do you like best about the product?
I found this product to be very simple. It is indeed a superb invention for verifying sales. It is concisely providing quick support. I highly appreciate its understandable nature. It facilitates the users via helping them in recording, transcribing and highlighting specific points of calls that can be utilized for coaching and other supportive purposes too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is absolutely positive software. Truly speaking I just love to use this software. It is really doing a great job with its professional features. There is not any technical error in it. I haven't seen any weak points in it that I have to mention here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly the thing I like most about it is its ability of viewing the percentage of time talked by a specific user. For me Gong is absolutely a blessing for enabling me in getting close with clients and prospects so easily. With its live call feature it helps me a lot in communicating easily with my Boss and provides feedback easily afterwards. Its straightforward nature fascinates users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very beneficial product. It will lead you towards success by bringing all positive outcomes to your organization. I would say this is the excellent initiative for the marketers.
