I like the ability for others to comment feedback on calls. That has been most helpful for me

I dislike when every call starts with gong saying it is recording the call :)

How to improve my qualification calls. Understanding how to better navigate conversations.
It's been extremely helpful to have my Gong calls reviewed.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my coworkers can review my calls and give me feedback so I can improve each day. I also love the call manuscript, making it easy to find parts of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Gong will mess up the name of the prospect in the title, and it'll be with a different prospect. So I always have to double-check to make sure it's with the right person.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is alway there for my meetings. I don't have to sit and take note when speaking with my prospect. When I finish my call I have a great recording and the tools to evaluate and track important topics that were discussed. I can read the transcript as well as listen to the call again

Gong is my favorite tool I use in my professional life. I rely on it to improve my performance.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Ability to hear others and search for account name. Cool that you can search for keywords.

The transcription can be inaccurate. Also the leaderboard is confusing to use.

Great tool for sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been instrumental in helping our sales team with training and deepening our understanding of customer needs. By having every call recorded smoothly, this allows us to 1) request feedback on calls, especially when a new hire is training and 2) allow other team members to listen to a successful call and learn from it. I also love Gong because it allows us account managers to 1) revisit conversations we’ve had with customers and pinpoint their wants/triggers and 2) listen to calls with past account managers when receiving a transitioned account in order to understand the tone of precious conversations. Gong is undoubtedly a driver of success and aligns with our business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing that I dislike about Gong. It would be helpful to be able to download calls on the app and listen to them offline — not sure if this is already available.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the technology allows me to extract all of the pertinent pieces of my client calls by not only recording the entire call for me but also by highlighting certain topics that were covered on the call. Gong allows me to stay more focused on what my clients are saying by freeing me from constantly having to jot down notes and to prove that I listened to everything my client said by helping me write thorough follow up emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of having to stop paying attention to what my clients are saying in order to jot down notes. I have gained many benefits from Gong but key among them are better follow up emails and more engaging cusotmer conversations.

Not only how simple the tool is to navigate, but how insightful and valuable it is as a sales resource, learning resource, and coaching resource. This has been crucial in effectively managing deal cycles, sharing best practices, and coaching teams on what they are doing well, and what we can be doing better.

Sometimes, it can be difficult to find certain calls but that is a MINOR dislike

What do you like best about the product?
When I'm on back to back calls all day, often times I can forget who needs what when. I love being able to go back into Gong and look at the transcriptions of each call to know exactly what I need to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's only helpful to learn from those that use it. I wish everyone used it!

What do you like best about the product?
The commenting features and the ability to keep comments private/public. Very useful for confidentiality's sake. The Trackers and integrations with Salesforce also make my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scorecards could be more robust and customizable. We use another tool called iAuditor that allows us to really dive deeper into the scorecards and Analytics. Even yes/no questions and the ability to add up points would go a long way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying training deficiencies within our department. By nature we are a very technical-drive department so making sure our team is communicating with customer effectively is crucial to having our team stand out from our competitors.
