Clarity in forecasting and deal management
What do you like best about the product?
Gong simplifies all pertinant information into one location while providing AI interrogation of meetings and data. The processes by which Gong is created enables users to be more efficient with time while elevating the professionalism with customers. The software was incredibly easy to implement and integrates with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong is less intuitive to navigate. Though it has great information, the layout can be a bit confusing. Frequently used for reviewing ongoing meetings and creating defined next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps in time efficiency and clarity of deal management.

What do you like best about the product?
it evaluates the calls and the conversations summarizes them and I can use gong as per my preference

It logs me out even after a few minutes of inactivity

Capturing insights for account and professional development!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes business insights digestable and so easily accessible for our team across the organization. This facilitates a space where feedback can be provided and which ultimately contributes to our individual professional development as sales professionals. It's not simply a recorded call or AI-generated email, but a reflection on how you are approaching your prospects and customers and overall, company mission.

Still waiting for more Latin Ameican #'s :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to zone in on connect rates and understanding what is driving this key metric. Also, it is inviting the Sales Development team to really understand the prospects our team is sourcing for our sales account executives and the quality of discovery achieved.

What do you like best about the product?
A few things that Gong really helps me with:
#1 - It helps me review call notes and share internally with my team for any assistance that might be needed
#2- Ease of use, it just becomes part of my day to day

What do you dislike about the product?
It could feel like you are micromanging reps using tools like Gong but I look at it as a worthwhile tool and investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's mostly for call notes and to review teams activity. This allows myself as a sales manager to be present but not on every single call a rep has. It's importnt for me to grab notes to give advice when needed. It does help with forecasting and over opertional intelligence.
Effective and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is catalogued well and is easy to access. The note taking system is very good.

Thus far I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about Gong.

Gong makes it very easy to look back at calls without needing to create a transcript on my own.
The Sales Call Analysis king
What do you like best about the product?
You can analyze your sales calls in great detail. Switch from focusing on the prospect to focusing on yourself to ensure a smooth analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, I am overall happy with its service.

Helping my sales team improve their sales skills by conducting call reviews.
Great for coaching and call summary
What do you like best about the product?
Automatic recording of all calls, end of summary call, view into individual and team calls, call history, help coaching self and team and finding specific parts of a meeting by searching words.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account view timeline can be confusing when trying to find a call, but after using it I understood how it worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker time to follow up on calls and assign tasks for follow up. If we ever need to go back to a call and verify something, it is easy to find that part of the call.
Best call AI tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
It is so instrumental not only in the ramping process as a new sales rep anywhere you go, but it's so impactful to not worry about having to take notes during the call b/c you know Gong has your bac k with the recording to go back and listen to and use the AI tool on the backend to summarize the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I would say I dislike about Gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem Gong solves for me is two-fold. 1 - super helpful in the ramping process to hear actual conversations with customers. 2 - alleviating the need to take notes during a call so that I can focus on the conversation.

How i can ask it anything and it usually goves me a pretty acurate answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
when im in full screen watching a recording, i cant click to another part of the call. i just realized i have to scroll down. would be cool if it could be more like youtube where you can click on the line below. i also wish it analyzed my calls faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instead of having to listen to the whole recording, i can skip to certain parts (like next steps). i can see how well i did by looking at stats. my peers can listen to my calls and give me feedback. i love how it gives me a call summary i can just copy and paste into my notes! i wish it analyzed my calls faster.
Functionality off the charts
What do you like best about the product?
Sales is very language oreinted and gong allows for statuistics to get involved in that process that allows me to find out whta type of language works the best. Numbers don't lie.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much information in gong. Sometimes it's ver easy to get lost in all of it. I think the outlines of the calls could go more in depth as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me go back into calls to see what they care about and allows me to be present in calls without getting lost in note taking. Gong also allows me to go back and review deals that worked and didn't work and I'm able to see how I get there and repeat the processes that helped and which didn't.
