What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use the ai tool to ask questions about the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes awhile for the calls to load, so if I need to go back to review a client's demographic info, I can't get to it and review immediately after the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to go back and be coached on how I could handle specific kinds of calls differently.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript is really good on Gong. It's really easy to use. It is really a good application. The transcript feature on this app is really phenomenal. Ease of implementation on this application is really good.

This app has really supported in my daily task of call monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing such dislike about gong. Everything has been really smooth. I use this on daily basis to review my call. This has really helped me to find the key areas for improvement. The integration on this app is really good.

These should be an options for chat or direct customer support if we require any assistant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app has really supported with the call feedback and hybrid call monitoring as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful and Organized meeting summaries. I like that I can search for keywords in the transcripts to re-examine certain discussions in my calls
What do you dislike about the product?
not much-- all is really helpful! Can always improve on the AI front -- they mainly just have an LLM summarize calls

Being organized and doing proper research for follow up calls

What do you like best about the product?
Conversation Intelligence allows sellers to focus on the meeting and not notetaking. The data that can be gathered and analyzed after the call inside of Gong is priceless. Helps sellers follow up better. Front line managers can easily see who's performing well and be notified without having to sit through entire meetings. Saves a ton of time. It also integrates easily and well with our CRM. The integration was crucial to us getting the most out of the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the packages are sold leaves a lot to be desired. I wish it was more al la carte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadership needed clearer visibility into how prospecting meetings went without relying on the sellers meeting notes and interpretation of what happened. Gong's Conversation Intelligence allows us to quickly see unbiased key points that were discussed. It also details the follow up steps discussed saving time and ensuring nothing is missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Great note taking ability - summaries are well presented. I admit to being a so-so note taker - this tool created fantastic notes for all to see - in their presented format - technical and sales. It integrated very well with SFDC. I use is very frequently and have grown to appreciate it beyond its initial impression of "meeting recorder"
What do you dislike about the product?
AI follow up emails aren't always correct - and sometimes meandering - i have to consistantly edit to improve formatting and content that is actually relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking, organization of data and sales intent

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very easy to use and has a lot of useful features. I particular love their AI features, which allow me to quickly find specific information from client conversations I and other team members have had in the past. I use it very often to get the context of a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can sometimes it can be a hard interface to navigate. The automated action items are sometimes not completely accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to understand the goals of a client and were certain action items are at. I like that it connects to my email. I especially like that I can ask it a question and it scans all calls associated with the client, so I can easily take a look at the specific call that goes over that topic.

The ability to search keywords has been crucial for onboarding in my role to find talk tracks around specific product components without reviewing an entire call.

Sometimes the transcripts are not accurate so it's hard to find sections of calls where a specific component is discussed

What do you like best about the product?
The insights and summaries Gong produces for my accounts and calls save so much time for me and my team and help us stay aligned. I like the ability to search for specific questions and such in the calls so I don't have to rewatch the entire thing to pull specific information. My team uses Gong every day and it integrates well with some of our other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides! I look forward to seeing how their AI improves over time but it's decent now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us keep a record of our conversations with customers in order to draw insights and stay aligned with our account teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Gong for two years, primarily to evaluate past conversations. I found it to be really easy to use, straightforward, and quite simple from the start. Gong solves many problems for me by allowing me to check back on discussions or past operations in my pipeline. This capability enables me to re-engage with them, identify areas that fall short, and understand what is happening in a timely manner. The recording feature of Gong is particularly useful, as it helps maintain a comprehensive record of conversations. Moreover, I really appreciate how easy everything is to use on Gong; it's very straightforward. My colleagues enjoy it too, and I see how beneficial it is to have everything on one single platform. This comprehensive and user-friendly approach is a major reason why I like Gong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that Gong sometimes doesn't record everything, which makes it hard to keep track of all necessary information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to review past conversations, reengage with opportunities in my pipeline efficiently, and track where they fall short, ensuring timely understanding of ongoing matters.
