Gong is essential
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Insights provided. I like to constantly adapt and learn to make my engagements more productive and meaningful. If I have less than ideal patience, for example, I love knowing this so I can improve it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. I love it. There is nothing I would improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oftentimes I do not have time to take notes during meetings and fear I will not retain everything discussed. Gong helps me review and document completely.

What do you like best about the product?
The content-recording capability is brilliant. Allowing internal, external, and outbound calls to be recorded. These recordings are then analysed to provide a summary, key points, and other analytical data about said calls. This is helpful when working collaboratively. The AI search feature allows you to search for a specific topic, point, or speaker within the call, adding efficiency between teams and colleagues. The request feedback and generate a follow-up email features are also very useful in all instances. We use it all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I have experienced is a delay in call recordings being available, but given the level of analytical data provided alongside the call recording, this is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves miscommunication when working collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super helpful when it comes to performance analysis, drafting summaries, and recalling specific details from a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Usually I have to wait at least an hour before a transcript is available. Sometimes I want to be able to reference the call right after it is completed

It allows me to communicate feedback to colleagues and create engaging follow up for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the best features of Gong is the call overviews that come through after completely client meetings.
Many days I have back to back calls and when I get finished with them it is great to have an organized outline of what I covered in the call so I can take care of my necessary follow up.
I have also seen an increase of clients attending our meetings due to the automated reminders that go out the day of our call.
I use Gong every day in my work flow and it helps keep me organized in a busy work environment.
I wasn't familiar with Gong before I started my current position, but it is quite easy to implement into a daily work plan.

A newer aspect that hasn't been my favorite is the quantity of reminder emails that go out the day of my meetings. I have been seeing upwards of 4 reminders to each client going out. I hope this is just a bug and I have been able to downplay it with my clients as an AI over reach, but hopefully this is going to be resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping me organized without having to take copious notes during every call, this enables me to really focus on what the clients are saying and allows me to have an organized train of thought when I send out my follow ups.
Best Sales Tool ever!!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is one of the best tools for sales people. It saves me hours of time and I love that it records the calls and takes notes which I can refer to later. It is also super easy to send follow up emails as Gong summarizes the call and key takeaways. The customer support is also very quick and are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly cumbersome as it is solely relies on Salesforce integration.

What do you like best about the product?
The active listening that you are able to do because of how Gong operates is truly top-notch. The detail when it comes to the transcript as well as the meeting overviews make life so much easier as an AE. We use Gong in EVERY meeting that we have with clients and to me it is a need not a want.

I truly cannot think of anything as it is truly a necessary tool!

It is solving the problem of not being able to use client voice form conversations that we had months ago because you might not remember the quotes from those conversations. You can pull those meetings up and it is game-changing.

I think the tool is amazing in terms of conversational intelligence and how we can get more knowledge about our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a little bit more of CS Via live chat. Other tools have it and it's really good.

It give you very good summaries of the calls, it gives you action plans and crates automatically follow ups for you!
You can search the words you need on calls so you can look for what you need quicker and it gives you recommendations according to your role

What do you like best about the product?
As a CSM, I have multiple calls a day with customers who have varying use cases, challenges, questions and next steps. Often these are back to back so there's not always time to record all of this in detail before going into the next call. Having something as reliable as Gong to record each interaction and quickly understand what my actions are per call is the biggest CSM hack.
I love the follow up email generator. Obviously I cant use it word for word all the time but its a great base and saves a lot of valuable time.
Being able to ask questions about the call is incredibly helpful as well to ensure accuracy in follow up discussions with customers.
