Saving time, boosting productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The note taker and the ability to check information about the calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording at the beginning telling client we are recording the call it is quite awkward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes, storing information, ability to find information from previous calls/emails, creating follow up emails

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, the ability to auto generate summaries and actions that read really well, easy to share snippets. I use it every day and it saves me SO much time as a CSM

I know its an expensive tool but it is fantastic

Really good experience using Gong and surprised.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about Gong is the making highlights as a bulletpoints. It helps no need to rewatch whole online meeting. And of course voice to transcrption, even there is 2 other countries people talking. Me and my partner used Gong I'm Mongolian he is from Spain. Gong understands our pronanciation converted whole text. At last making a conclusion of our meeting that's amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
I think for there is no dislike function. I never had a better experience than Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has left us good history and archive. Time saving no need to rewatch meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been really impressed with Gong, especially with the new AI features they've rolled out recently. The AI is helping me work more efficiently—summarizing calls, highlighting action items, and making it easier to stay on top of follow-ups. It's definitely saving me time and helping me focus on selling instead of note-taking.
That said, I do wish the call transcriptions were available a bit faster. Sometimes there's a delay before I can get the insights into Salesforce, which slows down my workflow a little. If transcription speed improves, it would be close to perfect.
Overall, it's a great tool that's made a noticeable difference in how I manage my deals.

I do not dislike anything about Gong and like using it daily to keep my calls organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Save yourself a ton of time during follow up. You don't have to remember everything and can really focus on what is important during the call. I use gong multiple times a day and always leverage the GenAI features!

I wish the outreach and gong sync was better but it still works!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is the Flows feature — it gives clear visibility into deal progress and helps align teams by mapping out key steps and stakeholder engagement. It makes pipeline management much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only explanation I can think of is that even with the Gong extension installed, if you send an email directly from Gmail rather than through Gong, it won’t be tracked or reflected in Gong’s analytics

Gong solves the lack of visibility into customer conversations and deal progress, helping improve coaching, forecasting, and deal outcomes. It keeps me informed and aligned with the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI summarys aren't always accurate but thats like any other Ai tool, you have to adjust things when neccesary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have full visibilty of accounts, as well as helping assist with MEDDPICC Qualification by time stamping specific parts of calls that 'could be MEDDPICC qualification'

The best tool to capture your conversations!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool that provides a recording of your meeting, summarises notes, shares your filler words, and allows you to search the transcript. When you struggling remembering what was said and done, you can watch back the call and use the helpful features to find exactly what you need from the conversation. It joins your calls automatically, there is also a mobile app to help you listen on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the mobile app, it would be great to have the capability to watch videos offline in the 'listen later' functionality. At the moment, only the audio capability is available offline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When research says you only remember 5% of the conversation, gong helps you to ignite your memory!

It's insightful, analytics are accurate, and helps with professional development and awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI features were more in tune with what is in the transcript and generated more concise answers when asking about the interaction.

Create detailed notes, have accountability, awareness and professional development.
AI Integrations are Fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI integrations for Gong. I am on back to back calls most days and the generated emails help me remember what specific follow up items I need to send over to teams. I can easily create customized emails from the starting email that Gong generates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really wish for a Gainsight, Gong, and product board integration. I would like Gong to automatically submit product feedback and log it in Gainsight and in Product Board.

Making me faster and more agile in the speed I'm able to work and the value I provide to my customers.
