Great training tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to find different topics throughout the conversation by time stamping. The read along transcript is also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the search function when looking for conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to review customer calls as well as best practices for successful calls with other AE's.

Helps determine if a deal is real and gives me the ability to focus more and not get distracted with notetaking.

What do you like best about the product?
AI summaries of accounts and deals, sharing and reviewing clips from calls, and using the follow-up email templates after a call. Those automated flows are kinda sick too tho.
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily Gong recap bot thing is pretty annoying

Time being used in following up and organizing deals/next steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is genuinely insightful and game-changing for the entire team. It provides immediate access to the discussion, outlines the following steps, and identifies who is responsible for the actions. I had never used anything so impactful to my business before Gong. I use it every day to stay up to date with my team's daily meetings and discussions. It allows me to catch up quickly and to help them accelerate their outcomes.

NOTHING to dislike. I use Gong every day.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Gong is the clarity it brings to deal execution and coaching. The ability to quickly surface key moments from calls like objections, next steps, and competitor mentions—saves time and removes guesswork. It also standardizes how we review performance across the team, making coaching more consistent, data-driven, and impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Gong is the limited flexibility in customizing dashboards and sometimes generic call reviews. It’s hard to tailor views to specific teams or segments without exporting data. Also, the AI summaries can sometimes miss context, which means team still need to review parts of calls manually. A more intuitive UI for first-time users would also help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves the problem of visibility and inconsistency in sales execution. It gives us a clear view into customer conversations, making it easier to spot risks, coach reps, and align teams. This has led to faster ramp-up time, more consistent messaging, and better forecasting accuracy—saving hours of manual work and driving more predictable revenue outcomes.

The recording feature and the super friendly layout.

I don't have nothing in mind...maybe the lack of possibility of edit the follow-up e-mail response.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily have notes for every client call and interaction. I can search transcripts I can send clips. The easy follow up email is stellar and saves me hours. As a client success leader; gong is an incredible library of company calls!

Nothing! I really don’t dislike anything

Super Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has completely transformed how I approach sales calls. Being able to revisit recordings, track keywords, and see engagement insights has made it easier to coach myself and improve. I especially like how it helps spot trends across deals and keeps the whole team aligned. If you’re in sales and not using Gong, you’re missing out.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to nitpick, the only downside is that sometimes call recordings take a little while to upload — but honestly, it’s a small tradeoff for everything else it helps me do.

Gong helps me stay on top of my calls, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and continuously improve my outreach. It solves the problem of forgetting key details after a conversation and allows me to revisit calls for better follow-up and self-coaching.

The AI features work really well and allow you to get a quick snapshot of calls as well as ask questions about previous calls on each account. In my role, I use gong every single day, whether it is to look at previous calls, help generate follow up emails or forecasting.
Integration with Salesforce and Salesloft work really well too.
