What do you like best about the product?
The quality of the calls is excellent. We here at Tackle and I personally have never had an issue with the quality of the calls. They are identical to the zoom video quality and upload immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is going well, not exactly sure what pricing is but would definitely recommend Gong to any other Orgs interested. Transcription works well too. Thanks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of internal call and communications problems within our different teams. This gives all teams insight to each others calls and aspects of our conversations.
Since using Gong, I have never stopped recommending it.
What do you like best about the product?
As a demand generation marketer, I love that I can receive notifications whenever a prospect mentions something relative to the work I have done. For example, I get to hear our prospects talk to our salesmen about our website. That is extremely insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say at this point that there is no problem I have with Gong. I have no advice on how to make the product better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get key insights from customers and prospects on how I can create better content to drive demand. I know what questions they are asking, what they are looking for on our website, what content they want to consume, and more.
Anyone that is in the sales or consulting business, this software is needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is recorded and set up for you to see the amount of people percentage the prospect was talking to and how much were you. So you can see if they are interested or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot say much about any dislike. I do know when I was working for ADP and doing some cold calls, not all calls were recorded like in Michigan or Illinois. And those 2 states were my territory. But I understand that there's laws that you need to obey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge benefit is I don't need to go through a 2 or 3-month training program. Everything is set up for me in gong. Not the training aspect but listening to calls. You can see what is a good call and what isn't a good call. Even with the standard 2-weeks. I knew the product within a couple days of listening to gong calls, which our software can be very complex if you are new to the industry like me, inside and out

Seeing calls real time and being able to coach and provide feedback on the fly or post call.

I can't say that there's anything i truly dislike about it.

Coaching and getting really time updates on deals. Great for team coaching and collaboration

I like the conversation analysis of breaking the call down by topic of discussion, the transcript is pretty accurate and is helpful to read along while listenin

the speech - text for the transcript could be a little more accurate sometimes it misses or misinterprets words but overall its pretty solid

Gong helps me see visually how much I talk and how much the prospect talks during a call, so that helps me see it I'm talking too much or not listening enough

definitely try it if you are doing phone sales

Allowing different stakeholder get an insight into the conversation that they cant usually attend
Great to rewatch important meetings

I can watch at different speeds and check the analytics. The transcript is very helpfull.

I had an automatic recording status to my daily meeting and I was not able to stop it.

I need others to watch and learn older content. With Gong the entire company was able to get access to that.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hear other individuals calls to gain perspective on different approaches to prospecting clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Filtering criteria could probably be a little more effective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to get feedback from management after they have the ability to hear both sides of the conversation is more beneficial. It benefits training as you can hear scenarios that may happen on the phone to prepare yourself.
