Powerful tool for working remotely where potential meetings is not available
What do you like best about the product?
The nature of the tool is very powerful. It let me watch all the missing meetings again. Especially joining a company in a remote location
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there is a gong version running on ipad or iphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems for people like me who join the company in a remote location and have never been physically in the office.
Easy to review and share calls, both internally and externally
What do you like best about the product?
Gong makes it incredibly easy to go back and review my calls with customers. I can easily find places in the call that I want to look back over. As someone who is doing a lot of training with customers, it's also really simple to share all or parts of calls back with my customers so they can review what we've covered in our meetings. I also really like the follow-up emails I receive from Gong that show me all of the places in the call where I said I would do something, so I can make sure I haven't missed any of my action items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything in the product yet that I dislike. I only gave it a 9/10 because I don't consider myself a power user who knows about all the features available and who can definitively say I love everything about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps track of all of my calls. Makes it easy to find them, review them, and even find the particular spots in the call that I'm wanting to review. Also makes it easy to share them back with customers, especially those calls where we were performing some kind of training. I would say I am definitely more productive with this product because I don't have to spend a lot of time searching for my calls and then watching back the entire call to find the particular spot I was looking for.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When sharing a call with external people I make sure to extend the number of days it is available.

The way it breaks down points throughout the call and categorizes everything so that going back it's easy and fast to find information etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isn't much I don't like. The platform so far has been great.

The ability to find points in my performance that need to be addressed and fixed

The ability to coach in the moment, while also using this to onboard and demonstrate best practises for new associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of connectivity with other systems like Slack and SF.

Managing a remote team. Mentoring and coaching in the moment in a virtual sales environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review sales calls for improving the quality of my consults and proposal meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not able to see the comments from the quality assurance that goes to management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are allowing me to get more proficient within my sales calls, and ability to review for any additional information that I may need to put into Salesforce.
Game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! I can check my calls and also my teammates'. I can not only learn from my mistakes, but I can also learn from the wins (and losses) of my colleagues. The "stats" feature is amazing!

There's not much to dislike. Maybe I have to log in every time.

Great insights into client interactions
What do you like best about the product?
Once past the initial setup this is a really helpful platform to understand how you interact with clients. It's more than just a call recording software; it gives my team and me great insights into how we engage with clients, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks in your follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first couple of weeks of using Gong can be daunting but the team are always at hand to help. The AI had trouble picking up my team's accent but after a week or two, it had learned our voices and colloquiasms.

What do you like best about the product?
Library & Snippets helped me in enabling sharing of knowledge// Relating the trackers with my current data-driven KPIs to identify key learnings
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to raise tickets for tracker creation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My performance draggers are now upskilled using calls of my top gainers and I am able to do comparative coaching to upskill and get more revenue.

Search terms really aren't applicable to calls
