Amazing sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Very smart and easy to search for topics with conversations. You can search through old conversations and see transcripts of where you discussed certain topics. SUPER helpful for sales reps who want to re-listen to certain parts of the call to see if they missed any notes
What do you dislike about the product?
The timeline at the top is a bit of an eye sore, but it makes sense logically. Would be nice to have the video replay show the participants faces and reactions too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes notes for me and allows me to review discovery calls prior to demos. It also speeds up onboarding of new reps since they can watch top reps do discos.demos

What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to filter conversations by subjects or topics. The transcripts are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there really isnt anything I dislike or at least that I have come across yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to go back over past conversations and search through transcripts for discussed topics rather than just sifting through recorded calls.

Gong is solving the main problem of forward progression and skill development when it comes to the sales team. We can review all types of calls to see areas of improvement along with celebrating our wins

Give this software a Serious Consideration when it comes to developing efficient strategies for reviewing your work!

I would like more flexibility to organise my recordings

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to record with integration with outlook calendar
What do you dislike about the product?
- non flexibility to organise my recording (for example, I would like to group my recordings per client or per argument)
- I would like to avoid that my clients hear that noisy voice warning at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- easy to register calls for mentoring, feedback, shadowing etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Intelligence of data for sales teams make good calls and feedback estruture
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong layout is not so user friendly, and, the listen call is slow.

Call analytics and sales coach and listen to calls in real time without having to enter the call, helping with the more ghostly orientation of the sales rep

What do you like best about the product?
the platform is easy to navigate you can look at the screen as well as read the transcript if you didn't clearly understand a phrase or comment. Competitors don't have it broken down so easily
What do you dislike about the product?
i haven't found anything I don't like. If I do not understand something they have a great help section that provides videos and articles on how to do things. It's very user friendly to learn anything you need on GONG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to the organization. We are growing and do not have a lot of formal training collateral. watching the Gong calls has helped me gain a better understanding on what to do and which screens to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I love listening back on calls to pick up insights I may have missed during the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I dislike about the platform... At least to this point. I've been using it for 3 months now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me the ability to record calls, go back in and gain feedback from colleagues (or myself) for things I can improve on.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can utilize Gong to review my calls with both a dictation as well as a video/audio recording. During my meetings, I take simple notes and then write down times during the call that I want to review. This gives you the ability to gain a greater understanding of the context that was discussed during the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, the only downside of Gong would be not using it for all of its features and capabilities. There have been a few times where I have found it a little difficult to track down the call that I am looking for but that has been rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is a quick way to review and ensure that you aren't missing the specifics that were covered during each business meeting. You have the complete written and audio file which you can listen to as well as read, allowing you to understand the context and intent of the call by playing back or reviewing the transcript multiple times. This has made it possible to provide a more in-depth follow-up with clients and not miss items that were discussed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think outside the box of the many uses and the improved communications that can come from having every call/conversation at your fingertips.

Can relisten to your calls, see what you did right and what you did wrong which allows you to continually grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. Really can't find anything to fault

It's allowing me to go back and listen to my calls and find mistakes which I otherwise wouldn't have been able to notice.

Remember how important it is that employees grow and how you get better at growing in any role

What do you like best about the product?
Gong breaks down what reps/clients are talking about, distributes talk, easy to review, analyse and learn from your mistakes. It's fully automated and no issues so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time had some issues with the calendar integration, but solved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can review calls, find relevant parts easily because it distributes the parts automatically.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Best tool of its kind.
