What do you like best about the product?
not having to write down all the meeting activity
What do you dislike about the product?
it is less relevant for Hebrew speakers unfortunately
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping sales and customer organizations dept to move forward and me more productive with B2B deals, negotiations and meetings.
You also got the value of automatic notes writing by the system besides having to write them down manually

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when you watch recorded meetings there are transcripts and you can see where certain people start talking. It makes it easy to navigate an old meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting set up was and still is difficult for me, but with the help of other teammates it is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not quite sure.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very helpful if set up and organized well across the team/company.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick reminder of key points on call not having to worry that I missed something important. Use it with my Google Calendar and Zoom. I don't know any other tool that does this.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have an open ticket about a really important onsite that seemed to not have recorded anything. would be good to have ability during a recording to verify its being recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When on the road never having to worry about missing some key points of the meeting. also love ability to quickly scroll through sessions. We are much more collaberative

What do you like best about the product?
moving around a call based on who is speaking, searching the transcript for key words, being able to go back and find information that i did not write down. call sharing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcripts are a little off, but probably similar quality to other transcribing tools. Would be cool to create a playlist, like you would in Spotify etc. You can mark videos as "watch later" but it just makes a list on the home page that you can watch one at a time. maybe i am overlooking a feature that already exists!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enables me to find a communicate information to best serve clients. saves time that i can give back to customers and team. learning from other team members by watching their calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Call recording & sharing & tagging action items from call transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike, except the call transcribing could be a bit more accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me stay sharp by being able to listen to my own calls and sharing them with colleagues for feedback.
It also tags my action items so I can follow up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Gong and use it daily as a Sales Account Executive. It so essential for learning a new role/tech at a new company by listening to the top reps calls. It's so help to be able to look back at my calls to learn from mistakes for growth or to help perfect my calls. The ability to share calls with leaders who are not able to attend a demo is so efficient for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface was a bit more organized and intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Professional development and being able to easily listen back to my calls in a siloed space!

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking action items is my favourite feature. This feature keeps conversations flowing smoothly and naturally. I also love the statistics feature which has alloed me to hone my conversation skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speech to text is not perfect, but still a very useful product. I would also like to see a bit more integration with Salesforce granted I have not worked in depth on the analytics side of the platform yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to refine my presentation skills with their qantitative feedback. I am more consistent with my presentation style and duration. It has no doubt increased my work efficiency.

Perfect for creating customer content

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to look back at the recording of a call I've had with a customer and being able to easily use the transcript to help with customer content like case studies, testimonials, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't encountered anything that I don't like about Gong so far; Possibly just that I hadn't had the chance to use it before until I joined my current company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping our marketing and sales teams to keep track of all of our various interactions with both prospects and customers. We rely heavily on the recorded content to help accelerate our deals, create additional content, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to be able to watch recorded calls in high-speed
It's useful to leave comments for better future search, and specifically the tagging capability is important
It is very useful to be able to share recordings with clients
Automatic recording of Zoom calls is really helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Gong is expensive, so we have to think before giving access to more team members
Watching calls from the mobile phone is really hard, I can't ever actually watch the video but rather only listen to the audio
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps us understand how customers use our product, and how they perceive it, so we can iterate.
For some clients, it also helps us understand what went well or not in the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly find recorded calls between customers and colleagues is tremendously valuable. I can quickly catch up on what has been discussed and find relative portions of those discussions and not waste time reviewing portions that aren't relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing. It's a complete solution that has all of the key features you'd expect from enterprise software. My organization relies on it to help move our business forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides you insight into each of your customer conversations, both through the sales process and with ongoing engagements. It helps our employees be more effective with their time in reviewing previous discussions.

There is no better solution out there that I've tried.
