What do you like best about the product?
Being onboarded remotely is tough. Seeing colleague's sales calls & internal sessions via Gong has helped ramp me up in only a few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is sometimes customer are curious about the recording notetaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ramp time. I've been able to ramp up much quicker by seeing colleague's sales calls & even reviewing my own pitches.
Easy to Onboard!
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started a new role, and simply having the ability to listen in on calls made onboarding a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'Notetaker' user in Zoom can be awkward at times. I wish we could eliminate it entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily record and share Zoom recordings.
One of the best tools for salespeople!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to understand how long the AE and the customer have been talking, and how all calls and video calls interactions are saved on the same channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Audio transcription almost never works correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To improve my pitch as a sales development representative I need a tool like Gong to watch the meetings I've booked for my executives.
It's an insightful tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is my first time donning the Customer Success hat and tbh I had no clue something like Gongf existed. Suer, there are call recording features even on Zoom but a tool that offers so much insight into the conversations and features to analyze and track conversations is exemplary
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the role and working my way around it. So far I am not sure if I have complaints about the too. Oh yeah, I think ther are times when the call is scheduled to be recorded but Gong doesn't jump in. That can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had this habit of remembering everything and not making a note of things. But being a CSM is challenging and you are often dealing with a multitude of things. And because I manage 30 accounts it is super challenging remembering details. Gong is really helpful, especially in scenarios where I don't have to remember minute details of the call. I can always revisit the recording.

What do you like best about the product?
Best sales coaching tool (with Hubspot) that I have ever used. Loved every bit of it. We also have really good customer service. If you lead a sales team, and you want it to be 10x better, use Gong
What do you dislike about the product?
They could do more training for both sales managers and the teams. Also automatic integration with teams, hangouts and zoom when invited customer side

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review my own calls for one- but being able to watch AE demos to better my understanding of the product, personas and sales cycle

Nothing as of yet to be honest - its been great

A place to review my misakes in calls - have a 1 on 1 with my manager to see where i can improve
Great tool for sellers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call transcripts & Assists in Gong. Overall it's a really useful tool for me to stay on top of my deals. Transcripts help me refer back to calls to make sure I'm not missing anything, and Assists help make sure I never miss important action items/next steps. It's obviously also great to have all the teams' calls in one place so I can continue to listen to other reps and tweak my pitches/demos etc. to be a better seller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Gong at a few companies, but at my current company the Deals tab sync with our Salesforce set-up isn't great so it can be hard to read my pipeline in this tool. I'm not the best at using reporting so take this with a grain of salt, but I'd also love more accessible insights into my metrics on individual calls, like talk time etc. maybe in follow-up emails? This might already exist and I just don't know how to use it.

Help stay on top of pipeline/deals, review calls & learn from my teammates, and never miss important action items.

What do you like best about the product?
It's not only going to allow me to listen back to myself and grow from there but is also allowing me to learn from others and my colleagues! By listening in to their calls and demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does freeze sometimes! And I do wish there was also an option for a full-screen mode, at the moment the full screen is still limited around the edges and doesn't take the whole screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to feedback to each other on calls by listening back to the recordings. It has also allowed me to train on-demand rather than waiting for my colleagues to have a call that I can shadow. Too many of us sitting on live customer calls doesn't come across well for the customer so instead - listening to the recording and being able to pause etc it's amazing. There are so many benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is definitely the way forward, I'd be surprised if anyone isn't already using something like this and Gong has definitely taken it to the next level by allowing transcripts, keyword searches. Audio breakdowns of each person talking etc etc !

What do you like best about the product?
The transcription leads to meaningful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is little slow in response.When we open the tool it does not load properly sometimes, so we have to wait in order to get the call details and provide feedback to the optimizer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can directly deliver the feedback by looking at the transcripts.
Gong Review
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great tool for playing back important conversations since the software breaks down the calls to let you know key metrics you would otherwise not have. I love how past meetings are indexed by key pieces of information so searching for a specific call is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to make sure the implementation is correct so that going forward all calls are indexed properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong provides a great way to learn from past meetings and provides a great platform to train new hires.
